This place used to be my number one go to for getting a car wash and we went frequently. Sometime in the last 6 to 9 months they changed their pricing structure and now it's like $20-$30 for a single car wash. Absolutely ridiculous. They went to a monthly pay structure. I'll start with the positive...my car was VERY clean...better then I expected...they we're able get in all the nooks and crannies...never had a better job done on my car...now the negative...I paid for my car was at 11:39 am...it is now 3:49 pm and they just got done with my car...I now COVID19 is hard on everyone but waiting over 4 hrs is just not ok...no one came gave me an update or anything while I was there...when I left I got a sorry for your wait...there were 5 guys at 1 point working on my car so 4 hrs I still think is really long...hope you look into what happened today and make the needed changes...I might give this this place 1 more chance but if it goes this long again...that will be it. read more

Hands down the best car wash in Morgantown. I have been to several others and my car has never came out as clean as it does at Expressway. All of the staff are polite and I've never experienced any malfunctions with the equipment. Fine for a simple car wash in the salt covered winter roads but the detailing is an absolute scam. A 45 minute detail is 60 dollars, which WOULD be ok except; THAT DOESNT INCLUDE SEATS AND CARPET SCRUBBING! If you want that it's 49 dollars for each additional thing!! Want "pet hair removed?" That's another 49 dollars!!! People are stupid if they pay for all this. One has to ask what the heck they do for the base price and time interval. But their pricing scheme is an absolute scam, a legitimate sleezy con. Go buy your own products for less than 30 dollars and do it yourself. You'll do a better job and it's more rewarding. read more

I have taken several cars, my personal and fleet for washes. It's a great value and good service. HOWEVER, I recently opted for the $99 dollar full detail on my personal vehicle so I choose to wait inside. The stacks of animal murder magazines on both side tables was disgusting. This is not about deer, turkey, hunting, these magazines are geared toward sport hunting in foreign countries and ego massaging sick thrills. I have another vehicle to take in for the works but if the magazines are still in there, I'll go elsewhere. I will amend my review when the murder rags are gone. Update: Upon the first return to the business...they had added Better&Homes & Gardens and other nice reading material among the hunting magazines. I am happy to report that on my next visit ALL OF THE HORRIBLE MAGAZINES promoting the killing of large game animals and ALL hunting magazines were removed!!! Thank you! read more

Every time I am always impressed with the quality and effort they put into their work. My car is spotless both inside and out. The last visit they went the extra mile to get the dog hair out of the back end, I know it's nearly impossible to get it all, nor do I expect them to, but these guys went above and beyond to get as much as they could. The Carwash does a great job. But I purchased the $99 detail. And they tried to tell me I had too much trash. I asked if they could give me some kind of a refund since they refused to clean it. They declined. They then told me if I removed the trash myself, they would clean it. It took me 4 minutes to remove the trash. It was mainly just papers and old books considering the truck was a company vehicle. If you're looking for a carwash that will go above and beyond and being willing to work hard. Let's be honest, cars important to us. So it only makes sense that you'll try to find a nice carwash, regardless of price. I had heard of this place from friends as a great place. Saw the prices (almost $12 as the most. Not including extras) and thought I'd be getting a premium wash. What I got was a nice heaping pile of disappointment. The film on my car didn't even come off. If a carwash can't even get a film off my car, how can it get grease or bugs? Oh that's right, by paying $4 more dollars for them to spray it off with a pressure hose that still doesn't get my film off. You're much better off going elsewhere or doing your own wash. Don't waste your money unless you want to see some pretty lights in the tunnel. read more

Just as some other customers have experienced, the staff at this business were very cordial and helpful, they explained in details the services they offer and they weren't pushing for a sale. Their work exceeded my expectation, my car was shining like new. The only tricky thing was to drive to the Detailing Garages after car wash, it was a sharp left turn that could be easily missed (I did miss that turn and had to loop back). Please do not waste your money. I went there for the superior interior cleaning. I believe they just use water on the fabric. Everyone knows the driver side is usually the worst. It looks like they barely touched the mud stains on the carpet and seat. I have had interior cleaning in the past and the fabric has been so clean it looked new. Very disappointed. read more

My wash was fine. I paid for a 15 minute express detail a full 30+ minutes ago and they haven't even started. I will update post detail, but I'm seriously disappointed with the time frame. I mentioned that I had a prior appointment and they did say I could come in on another day but that's all the consideration. They should have an estimated wait time on their purchase screen. They did a fantastic job and were courteous. It did take an hour and a quarter, way more time then I had allotted. I will come back if I have the time to spare. read more

Detail shop is closed today. Sunday at about 2:40 pm. The on-site part owner seems like a really good guy so don't know what happened. Felt awkward backing out of the car wash drive thru lane as requested by the guy at the door. He was nice about it, but hec just let the customers drive thru in the future. I completely understand things malfunction, but when you are in line and the next to pay, and your attendant tells everyone in that line that they have to back up and get in the other line, instead of working the cars inline, and then when you question why you have to get in the back of the line behind 10 other cars, and all they can say is "it's not my fault they got in a different line" then walk off, you have a very bad customer service problem. This place sucks! Paid for a wash and dry. There was no soap coming out. My car is still dirty. The dryer didn't dry it at all. Just wasted money to have my hosed off with no wash. I complained to the girl running the car wash and her solution was to go back through. I got the $8 wash with the additional $4 attendant prep. When I left the wash I had soapy streaks that left weird marks that I never seen before all over my car. I drive a black 2013 Nissan Altima. When I drove through the wash it seemed like they barely use any water compared to other washes I've been to. The drying was a joke. I went though with the blow driers and the "spot free rinse," when I left my car was soaked and left a bunch of water marks. I'm still looking for a better car wash in town, I can't seem to have any luck. read more
