1st time. Small yet busy parking lot, small shop. The owner was to the point but seems kind. I needed a winter jacket repaired and she did a good job. Quick too - I got the jacket back within a few days and so far, no quality issues with the work. Cost for the world we live in today, reasonable. 2 pockets reinforced externally (not going through inside liner) for $25 plus tax. The harder way would have been more at $50. No estimates done by phone, they need to see the garment for assessment. Will use again and would recommend. read more

She "fixed" the sleeve length on my indochino suit SO bad that they had to remake the entire jacket. I had ordered two suits, one I asked her to fix as I needed it faster... the other one she said was to much and she couldn't do... but the tailor it was sent to had no issues making it fit perfectly. So... Then when I asked for the $52 refund (yeah she charged 52$ to add 1-2 inches of sleeve length) she refused. Terrible business. Do not bring anything you value here. read more

Good things come im small packages. Went there to get shirts, pants, and overhauls altered. The Vietnamese owner is very pleasant. Makes you feel at home from the first step in her shop. She knows her craft too. Alterations were perfectly done. She also makes sure you try the pieces while in the shop to make sure you are satisfied with her work. This is a small shop located in the plaza right on hazeldean and terry fox rd in Kanata. Its run by a sweet lady that is welcoming and also very friendly. I went in to get some pants hemmed and to readjust the buttons on a suit coat. My review will be based on those two things. The pants were hemmed spot on for $10. To readjust the suit buttons it was $4/ button. After the alterations the buttons were placed poorly and were causing a wrinkle in the fabric. I took it back in and the lady re did them for no charge. After the second adjustment the result is much better but still not perfect, which is unfortunate. I would say for simpler things like hemming this place is great, but for more complicated things maybe try another place. The service overall is great, the turn around time is 1 to 2 days at most. read more

I brought two formal dresses for tailoring. The one dress had lacework at the bottom. Since I am short she shortened the dresses and actually cut the lace and hand sewed it back on to make it look seamless. She is friendly and very welcoming and I highly recommend her for all sorts of jobs, not just pant shortening. read more
