They keep sloppy records--telling me for 2 months that a valuable chair was left at my house, then finally admitting they had it all along. They do not show up to return things when promised, and take months to finally bring things back. They do not put things back as they found them, leaving me to drag heavy items all through the house. EVERYTHING I've encountered tells me to warn everyone to stay as far away from this company as you can. They even inflated the final bill by hundreds after negotiating with my insurance company, so they will get more than what was agreed to with them.
