My carpets had a few nasty stains on it and a few people made comments on the dirt spots when they visited. I called on a Monday afternoon and was able to schedule something for that week. I called the company back and the "office manager" was not empathetic nor apologetic. Shortly afterwards, a "field manager" called saying that his guy was still nearby and wanted to do the job. He again changed the price, saying he was lowering it to 79.99. I refrained from his offer. He said, "Okay, you want me to do it for 59.99, I can not guarantee you your couch will be clean." I said no thank you. He got loud over the phone and said, "So you want your couch clean, but don't want to pay the price. It's only 10 dollars more." I said, "10 dollars plus the loss of an entire morning. No thank you!" I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism shown by this company. Stay away!!!

Now, the sofas still have deep brush marks in the velvet and we can't get them out. We complained to Centurion in June and they sent the SAME guy out again. He was furious that we had complained!
