While there are fewer trampolines than before, the new additions more than make up for it. There are three really cool slides and a basketball/soccer court that my son and his friends absolutely love--it keeps them busy for hours. The Pro-Tip: Check the pricing carefully before you buy a single-day ticket. A two-hour pass is around $30, but we discovered you can get a 30-day pass for basically the same price. It was a no-brainer for us and makes returning much more affordable. For the Parents: One of the best parts about this facility is the seating. There is plenty of space to sit, and they've installed enough electrical outlets that you can actually plug in and stay charged while the kids burn off energy. The Only Downside: The concessions are definitely overpriced. Be prepared to pay a premium for snacks and drinks, so you might want to hydrate well before heading in. Overall, it's a fun, clean environment. With the 30-day pass value and the new amenities, we will definitely be regulars here.

Super frustrating due to this I reduced one star. Another reason for reduced star is everyone in our party got sick after attending the party. They really need to ensure to sanitize these indoor playgrounds. For this reason I will not be back. My host Ethan on the other hand was amazing and super helpful and that is why I have it 3 stars or else it would be 0 stars

I was fully prepared to purchase the 10 visit pass with the expectation that I could utilize both locations. When we arrived for our visit and I asked to purchase the 10 visits, the attendant stated I could only use it at one location. I advised they make that clear on their website. I ended up not purchasing the 10 visit pass because of the restrictions which was disappointing. This location is older and smaller than Brea, but it was still a nice visit. My daughter had a great time and I think that this location offers a more laid back vibe with less crowds. I still think Brea has the superior atmosphere and amenities however.

Best Place for Kids + Birthday Fun!…read more We took our little ones to Little Elephants in Walnut and it was such a dream! From start to finish this place felt clean, safe, and full of quality touches everywhere you look. The moment we walked in the kids were instantly hooked -- they ran off to explore and didn't want to stop! Location & Parking Easy to find at 18718 Amar Rd, Walnut, CA 91789 -- and there's a private lot for parking right onsite so you don't have to hunt for a spot! Hours Open most days: * Monday-Thursday: 10AM-7PM * Friday: 10AM-5:30PM * Saturday & Sunday: 10AM-7PM (some weekend time blocks vary seasonally) Ticket Prices * One‑day pass (ages12mo+): about $20 -- totally worth it for all‑day play! * Babies under 11mo: around $10 * Siblings under 11mo enter free with a paying child, and adult caregivers are free too with paid kids' admission! Why We Loved It * So many activities, slides, pretend play areas, and sensory zones -- there's something for every age! * The book area is adorable -- perfect for winding down between runs on the playground * Bathrooms and the whole facility were super clean (huge plus for parents ) * We actually went here for a birthday party and it was absolutely perfect. So much room and fun for all the kids -- they loved it! Overall, this place has such a joyful, playful vibe and the kids were completely entertained the entire time! Whether you're planning a special party or just a fun day out, Little Elephants is a total win! Highly recommend!

I would love to go there again and let my kids get all their energy out. There was a coupon online that I could have used, but the person at the desk was really nice and she said that I could use that coupon if I wanted to, but there was a better deal since it was a Tuesday and I can get my kids in there for longer because it would be the same price just double the time. I appreciated that level of customer service.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.

We went on a WEEKDAY at opening and the place was already overcrowded. I counted at least 3 different schools occupying the area at the same time. Areas then become packed and our kids become overstimulated. Similar to a playground (which I understand it still is), it becomes a place of chaos, rather than imaginative conducive play. Certain sections also look a bit run down as well. Front parking was PACKED even at opening. I think there is more parking in the back, but that should be a sign of how crowded this place is and gets. PRICING is $22 PER PERSON (except for infants under 12 months). Yes, this includes adults. So it can get PRICY! Overall, it's more of a one and done for us. Unless they add new play areas/shops and maybe a discounted day? Otherwise, not really worth the hassle. 3 stars because at the end of the day, it's still an OK place to go to.
