We hosted a birthday party there this weekend. Booking was easy, as was updating the guest count and communicating about food, etc. Our party facilitator, Charlotte, was an absolutely gem! She was so incredible with the kids and clearly communicated at every step of the way. She really made things flow so smoothly so that we could relax and focus on celebrating our son. From set up to checkout, the entire process was smooth and easy. We booked the MVP package and the private room was really nice to have. Most importantly, our son and his friends had an absolute blast! There were tons of activities to choose from and facilities were clean and safe. Will definitely be back!

I have been here a few times as guest of birthday parties for at least 2 to 3 times. This review is based on my experience as guest. Check in process is fast and flawless as most of parents can registered and signed waiver before coming in Altitudes. In here there are free games, the only things that cost extra money is arcade, claw machine, and special snack or food machines. They have trampoline area, basketball, games, giant slides, free activities are abundant. It is a good indoor park to play for 2 hours. Food seems okay, they offer pizza, lemonade. Most kids will be happy here, not for teenagers. Glad they have plenty of tables and private party rooms.

Came here for a friend's birthday party. Everything was great. I would definitely come back. Great activity for the kiddos. The slides look cool.

Had an amazing time at Altitude Trampoline Park! The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of activities for kids. Great energy, well-organized, and perfect for burning off energy while having fun. Definitely a place we'll come back to!

We came here for a party and this place is awesome. We found partying right upfront. This is a busy shopping center. The staff was great about everything. Most of the activities seems safe. There's is so much to do for the kids. There's places for parents sit and watch their kids and even work if needed. I can tell if the reception is good, but I see. A parent on their laptop. Best of all it doesn't stink like other places.

Lots of fun for the kids and affordable! They have outlets for parents to work on laptops while the kids play.

Went in today for their Easter egg hunt event and it was a mess! So unorganized and just plain bad. They said kids with 5 eggs would get a price at the front desk and as we were waiting in line for our price they said they were done giving out prices and put away the remaining prices! There were at least 4 kids waiting to redeem their price and were left standing in disappointment, the worker even told one of the kids not to worry about a price because Easter was coming soon, shaking my head! Never again! This Easter egg hunt was a joke.

It's a smaller trampoline park but it's worthy to go on a not so packed day. Haven't had a chance to try the food or snacks.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.
