I appreciated how everything was setup before we arrived, and he would come back to check on us regularly. The party area we had was spacious and there was plenty of room for the kids and adults. The facility is great with a wide variety of different things to do; basketball, dodgeball, trampoline areas, slides and an arcade. We had a wide variety of ages at our party between 5 - 16 and all the kids had fun. The other staff throughout the facility seemed very nice and friendly, amd the place was clean. The facility itself is nice, but the experience was disappointing and not because it appears to be severely understaffed. ?During our visit, there were very few employees visible, and no one seemed to be actively monitoring the trampolines or helping ensure guests were using the equipment safely.) We were also excited to try one of the interactive games, but there were no balls available. After finally tracking down an employee to ask, we were simply told, "There aren't any." It's frustrating when an advertised attraction can't even be used because the necessary equipment isn't available. Most of the employees appeared to be minors, which left me wondering who would respond if someone were seriously injured. Having adult supervisors visibly present would make families feel much more confident about safety. The park has potential, but it really needs better staffing, more visible supervision, and basic maintenance of its attractions. I hope management addresses these issues because they have a nice facility that could offer a much better experience. read more

We had our son 7th birthday here last weekend. I had to drive down to the facility to get our party booked because the website was bit confusing and every time I called the facility I got an AI ROBOT that was so annoying to talk to and kept going in circles I hated it and was about to just go else where but said let me just drive down there. Super frustrating due to this I reduced one star. Another reason for reduced star is everyone in our party got sick after attending the party. They really need to ensure to sanitize these indoor playgrounds. For this reason I will not be back. We hosted a birthday party there this weekend. Booking was easy, as was updating the guest count and communicating about food, etc. Our party facilitator, Charlotte, was an absolutely gem! She was so incredible with the kids and clearly communicated at every step of the way. She really made things flow so smoothly so that we could relax and focus on celebrating our son. From set up to checkout, the entire process was smooth and easy. We booked the MVP package and the private room was really nice to have. Check in process is fast and flawless as most of parents can registered and signed waiver before coming in Altitudes. In here there are free games, the only things that cost extra money is arcade, claw machine, and special snack or food machines. They have trampoline area, basketball, games, giant slides, free activities are abundant. It is a good indoor park to play for 2 hours. Food seems okay, they offer pizza, lemonade. This place will close by the end of the year. Went on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised at how few people were there but then realized why. A few of the attractions were closed. Our options were 90 mins or two hours. The socks are an extra cost and even though my kids were wearing jumping socks from another trampoline place we've been, we were told we had to specifically buy Altitude socks for liability reasons, even though we signed a contract waiving their liability anyway. We chose 90 minutes and with cost of socks we spent over $90. Lastly the setup just doesn't allow for there to be many things to do and our kids 12 and 14 were bored after 30 minutes. My kids really love this place. In fact they love it so much, my son had his most recent birthday party here. Reserving it was a breeze. You pick your birthday package, date, time, food, drinks, and add-ons. Everything is done online and you pay a small deposit. About 5 days before the party, they call you and confirm the details. We had 17 kids and reserved a party room with 2 benches. It came with 3 pizzas and 3 small pitchers of drinks. I added an extra pizza and 15 orders of nuggets. The nuggets looked and tasted much better than the pizza but I either ordered too much, or no one was that hungry. We had about 4 full orders of nuggets and a whole pizza leftover. I was allowed to bring cupcakes and bottled water but no other outside food or drinks unless I paid $90 or opted for their most expensive birthday package. Overall this place was great. The party was only 2 hours long and 45 minutes of it was spent eating but honestly because my kids have been here before, the time alloted was sufficient. Overall, this was a good venue for an 8 year olds birthday and I recommend it over Smelly Jacks near Lowes any day. read more

Went in today for their Easter egg hunt event and it was a mess! So unorganized and just plain bad. They said kids with 5 eggs would get a price at the front desk and as we were waiting in line for our price they said they were done giving out prices and put away the remaining prices! There were at least 4 kids waiting to redeem their price and were left standing in disappointment, the worker even told one of the kids not to worry about a price because Easter was coming soon, shaking my head! This was one of the most concerning experiences I've had at an indoor play facility, and it exposed a serious lack of supervision and safety oversight. During our visit, a young child repeatedly climbed to the top of the purple slide and continued running up the slide against the flow of children who were actively sliding down. The child nearly fell off the side of the slide and repeatedly collided with children who were using the slide properly. At first, I personally told the child to stop. When he continued ignoring directions and the situation became increasingly dangerous, I found myself yelling because I genuinely believed someone was going to get seriously hurt. What was even more concerning was the lack of staff supervision. While there has been more staff hired for the summer, none were supervising. They were all behind the front desk even though there were no customers. After I notified the staff of the situation, a staff member walked to the slide area and stood at the entrance for a few minutes trying to get the child's attention which was made impossible due to the loud music playing overhead. At this point, all the kids and I were yelling for the child to come down. The staff came around to the foot of the purple slide and tried to prevent the child from going up again but the child continued to climb up, even reaching all the way to the top of the slide, standing! I went back to the front desk to request additional help and another staff came, eventually bringing the child back to his parent. The dangerous behavior continued far longer than it should have. If staff are unable to actively supervise the slide area, then the area should be closed until adequate supervision is available. Allowing children to use a large slide without proper oversight is an accident waiting to happen. Safety rules are meaningless if nobody is enforcing them. The facility appeared to be staffed by young employees who were largely disengaged and not actively monitoring the play structures. Meanwhile, the child's parent appeared completely unaware of what was happening, spending the entire time focused on a tablet while numerous adults and children were yelling for the child to come down. I am not someone who typically raises my voice in public, but this situation became so dangerous that I felt I had no choice. It should never fall on customers to enforce safety rules or prevent injuries. That responsibility belongs to management and staff. Management should seriously review their supervision practices, staff training, and emergency response procedures before a child is injured. This incident was entirely preventable, and the lack of staff supervision was unacceptable. I have cancelled our membership and hope to return only when these safety concerns have been properly addressed. read more

Unfortunately, they don't keep any staff up on the main floor where kids play. I think this would help with some of the unsafe play I see (like kids climbing poles meant to support nets, running behind structures where there were outlets and cords and older kids generally playing too rough.) They've removed a large structure where there is nothing to replace it but a few arcade prize games that I never see anyone playing. The trapeze is gone, there are few to no balls around anymore to play dodgeball and the blue slide is out of order. It's unfortunate that it's not being maintained very well because my kids have loved coming here in the past. read more

this trampoline park is not a 4.7 star park let me tell you that, its a 3 or 4 at best and its only made for little little kids not teens or tween friendly trampolines are SO SO small. the playground area is very dirty, one side of a wall to the back of the slide is literally ripped and that area is very dirty. Only good thing about it is the slides exept for the steep slide that curls up at the end, I quite literally saw a kid go down and fall between the mat and the slide, hitting their head. we came for my daughter's 10th bday party. we came at a perfect time of day so it was not crowded at all. our party planner Charlotte was AMAZING. she knows how to time and organize these parties so the kids get maximum jumping time. the set up of the facility is great because parents can walk around and keep an eye on their kids without having to jump themselves. the pizza was fine- the kids aren't really there to eat anyway! Came here last Saturday evening and was packed to the walls so couldn't play all the areas so we decided to come the following Sunday morning at opening and while there was no one there, it was still mostly unusable. Trash everywhere on the trampolines so they definitely are not cleaned after closing/before opening. The obstacle course wasn't inflated all the way so it's unusable. No balls for dodge ball, no balls for the mini basket ball course next to the full size. Photo Booth doesn't work, ICEE machine not working. I thought this was a one-off business so they may be having growing pains but they have locations across the country, Mexico and South America... way too big to have this many issues. read more

Update- Camila ended up coming back and admitting she was wrong about the policy and made things right. We have had the VIP membership for several months, possibly a year now already, and rarely use it since we don't live super close. We have never had any issues until today. We have 2 children, 9,5, and always do 1 buddy for brother and a parent pass for myself or my husband so one of us can play/watch the kids. Camila did not allow us to purchase our parent pass, Camila the assistant manager was very rude and not understanding at all. I even showed her the website that clearly states we have 1 parent pass (limit 2 per day), and 1 buddy pass (limit 1) I showed her and she said she was going to and I quote "have the social media people fix that". And she could not show me a policy stating what she was saying it was. With Camila not beinf accommodating or offering to resolve the issue, i ultimately decided to cancel our VIP membership. Previously, all staff have always been very nice and helpful. Too bad seems this place is going downhill. read more

We've been coming here since this location was Rockin' Jump, and the transition to Altitude has brought some great changes. While there are fewer trampolines than before, the new additions more than make up for it. There are three really cool slides and a basketball/soccer court that my son and his friends absolutely love--it keeps them busy for hours. The Pro-Tip: Check the pricing carefully before you buy a single-day ticket. A two-hour pass is around $30, but we discovered you can get a 30-day pass for basically the same price. It was a no-brainer for us and makes returning much more affordable. For the Parents: One of the best parts about this facility is the seating. There is plenty of space to sit, and they've installed enough electrical outlets that you can actually plug in and stay charged while the kids burn off energy. The Only Downside: The concessions are definitely overpriced. Be prepared to pay a premium for snacks and drinks, so you might want to hydrate well before heading in. Overall, it's a fun, clean environment. With the 30-day pass value and the new amenities, we will definitely be regulars here. read more

My boyfriend and I are young at heart and we had a blast at Altitude. We got the special winter break jump pass for $17.99 for 90 minutes + the mandatory $4 jump socks. Usually it is $24.99 for 90 minutes. It is cheaper than Sky Zone which is $35 for 90 minutes, but Altitude is less adult oriented and less trampolines I think. (Comparing with photos from Sky Zone.) The staff member at the pay counter was not very helpful. I would recommend signing the safety waiver before arriving to save time. I didn't understand if there was a way to tell when your jump time started and was over. There was a little less than 2 hours until closing from the time of purchase and we ended up jumping until closing. Activities inside trampolines, 3 slides, a trapeze bar, soccer/basketball court, dodge ball court. Overall we had a good time, but wished there were more activities with the trampolines themselves. We were the only adults jumping on a Monday night, which was pretty much expected. We didn't feel weird about it or judged by anyone there though. I think we would come back if there was another deal or some kind of adult's night event. read more

Altitude San Dimas is where my kids go to burn off energy so I don't have to. They bounce, slide, run, and even play video games that require movement. Yes--movement. So even when they think they're gaming, they're actually just getting tired. Genius. Meanwhile, I'm either in a massage chair pretending I'm at a spa (ignore the screaming children) or at a table supervising like a responsible adult. It's a beautiful setup. The staff is chill, the place is clean, and I don't have to chase anyone--what more could I want? We got the monthly membership and I don't regret a thing. My kids are happy, I get a mini break, and bedtime comes faster. 10/10 would recommend to parents who enjoy peace, quiet, and tired children. read more
