Very cute and clean here, only real complaints are that part of the experience depends on what the other kids there are like, but of course nothing they can do about that. I have a love and hate relationship with this place. I love the fact that it's the only place that feels updated with the latest design, toys and events. I've been going here for about a year and everything was great until my toddler came home with foot mouth disease. It was the only place she went to that day prior to that she was home. She contracted it by what I found was a toy she touched that another child with that same disease had touched prior. While she overcame the illness I cannot stress how important it is to really ensure things are sanitized. For example I go to mygym a toddlers gym in yorba linda where if an item toy or ball has been placed in a child's mouth an assistant collects that item immediately for sanitation. They check every child for fever and or symptoms. Other than that I really do love this place but hate that a sick child be taken to these places by parents who can't keep them at home until they're symptom free to protect other children. I'm writing this because I want to make sure staff are aware of this possibility so no other child has to suffer. It took two weeks until she got better/fully recovered. Although my child still goes here I ensure hands are washed before and after along with ensuring her dad knows to sanitize and prevent any toy from entering her mouth. read more

Place is nice, but appears to be smaller than the Brea location. On their website, they stated that the monthly passes only allow you to go to one location, but if you purchase a 10 visit pass, you can switch between Walnut and Brea locations. I was fully prepared to purchase the 10 visit pass with the expectation that I could utilize both locations. When we arrived for our visit and I asked to purchase the 10 visits, the attendant stated I could only use it at one location. I advised they make that clear on their website. I ended up not purchasing the 10 visit pass because of the restrictions which was disappointing. This location is older and smaller than Brea, but it was still a nice visit. My daughter had a great time and I think that this location offers a more laid back vibe with less crowds. I still think Brea has the superior atmosphere and amenities however. read more

Super impressed with this indoor playground! We've been to many and while we aren't from the area, we were visiting for a friend's birthday party and wow, this was SUCH a hit with our little one. Normally, he tires out or gets overstimulated at most other play places but Little Elephants was just perfect. He loved the little sensory pit that had tiny wooden cubes which I prefer to what sometimes is like sand pits or whatever else. He spent a bulk of his time playing with the dinosaurs and construction vehicles in there. Then the ball pit and bounce house was perfect and he normally doesn't enjoy bounce houses! I love that most of the play area is wood and even the color scheme feels not super overwhelming. The music isn't too loud and there's plenty of things to do and space to play. I even love that there's a huge book shelf! When my kid got tired of playing he plopped down with a big book and enjoyed some of the party pizza while reading a book. Lastly, I love that they offer slippers for adults who may not be comfortable walking in their socks and a huuuuge plus for the bathroom slippers! I've been to play places where it's socks only but then that means you're walking into a wet bathroom in socks! Kudos to the Little Elephants team for being so thoughtful. Great place to take your little one to unwind and make friends. My daughter loves to go after school. She has made friends there who are regulars and always has a good time playing with them. They have expanded the play place compared to the very first time i went 3 years ago. They have a lot slides and jungle gym. They have a bouncy house that kids enjoy playing on. A library and imaginative play. I have yet to visit their second location, membership are separate to both locations so one membership at one location does not work at the other. read more

My mom group frequents Little Elephant Brea often, but this was our first time visiting the Walnut location. We came on a Tuesday around 11am and stayed for 2 hours. Entry is $20 for my 1 year old which comes with 2 adults! We love the atmosphere at Little Elephant, you can bring your own food and drinks, plenty of seats and tables. They have socks available for purchase along with simple snacks and pouches. This was my first experience being at a play gym this quiet, maybe it was more of a transitional time or maybe just the norm in this area? It was maybe 2 or 3 kids all together during our window. With one employee working the check in desk and "cleaning" duties. Super friendly atmosphere but the space is dated. Also not as clean as I would have liked. The bounce house looks like it's gone through a few years, while the amount of balls looked sparse. The dining area had leftover crumbs from patrons prior to our visit, and wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. The crevices between the pads are littered with crumbs and dust. We did notice her organizing toys, and books but in terms of cleanliness, a deep clean is overdue. The standard of cleanliness isn't the same as the Brea location, but the overall aesthetic is beautiful. This won't be the location I'd suggest going to, I'd make the 20 minute drive down to Brea. read more
