I was so blessed to find Magically Repaired. Our icemaker just wasn't working right. I had called a…read moredifferent service and they actually made it worse. I called Magically Repaired and Josh came out to look at it. He was friendly and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He worked on my icemaker for a long time and accessed so many areas I don't believe the first service even knew about. After a period of time and things not improving, Josh said I needed a new icemaker and explained why. He returned the next week with a new icemaker and it works better than when we purchased it. I will always call them in the future.

The dishwasher was still not cleaning and leaving a film on my dishes. The second guy made it sound like it was normal to have a film on your dishes and said it's probably the cleaner I use. I have 2 different cleaners that he saw after that. I've not tried my dishwasher yet, but I'm not very confident in their work.

After the tech worked on my machine, he told me he couldn't fix it and needed to bring an 'older' technician back to my home at another time to service my machine, but the price would still be $230, as agreed upon before they came on to my property and into my home. After the technician left, the 'Owner' called me, and said that he'd need to double the price for them to come back and fix my washer. This is after they'd already come and laid their hands on my washer. He said this was ok because they hadn't charged me anything, yet. I explained how unacceptable that was, and that I should be charged what we agreed upon before his technician touched my washer. Now I have a taken apart washer in my floor, with parts everywhere, with no ability to get it put back together. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ON TO YOUR PROPERTY!
