Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.

Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. So, while I can't speak to the services themselves, I feel I can strongly recommend the Clean Air Co. based on my interactions with three different employees, who were all the kind of people I'd want working for me. He cleaned out our dryer vent in less than an hour. It was full of wet lint and a birds nest!!! Did a great job for a fair price. We scheduled a time to give me a quote for cleaning my gutters and cleaning my chimney. I felt the quote was reasonable and he came out the following day to complete the job. While cleaning the gutters, he found a few low spots of pooling water and fixed and realigned them. He laid out a blanket on my hardwood floors before starting on the chimney. He vacuumed the entire fireplace area and ran his cleaning tools through the chimney. Overall I was very happy with his service and prompt response.
