The Butler Room was so comfortable we slept well! It was a few blocks walk to the old Town center of Jackson which was pleasant as there are some beautiful old homes and giant great trees along the way. The original claw foot tub was in perfect condition and charming with an excellent shower - plenty of nice hot water too! Breakfast was excellent also ! Thanks so much for everything . All the details were just perfect from the decor to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The whole house is absolutely gorgeous! It was our anniversary and she had a vase of red roses waiting for us when we returned from dinner. There isn't anything she hasn't thought of. The price was very reasonable, and we will absolutely be repeat customers. A MUST stay if you are in Jackson or passing through. Really worth the stop.

Disappointing Three…read moreyears ago we happened upon this B&B the location is just lovely and the previous owners dream. We enjoyed it so much we thought one day we would love to bring our family. Now during this pandemic we thought this would be perfect and booked all 3 suites thinking this would ensure a peaceful retreat. Unfortunately sad to say the new management has not maintained this gem. In addition to many unkept areas and uncleanliness my grandson along with two of my adult children were severely covered in bed bug bites. My conscience will not allow me not to give this warning especially after finding dead and live bugs along with evidence of possible previous treatments. We actually gave them to the manager and she didn't even want to go into the rooms. It was really hard to believe this issue was not known to them. I really hope they can turn this place around, so others don't have to experience this!

Even…read morethough this was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in, we could almost look past the mouse droppings and other debris but bed bugs, nope. Not a chance especially when we brought it to the owner Lori's attention and all she could do was try to argue that the three bugs, two that were actually live which we provided for her anyhow, with hardly a reaction she claimed they were ticks even though our son has dozens of bites which since yesterday 7/16 was confirmed to be just that, bed bug bites. Two other adults are also covered in bites. I would run as far as possible. Lori didn't offer any sympathy or solution. It's a-shame, I've heard this property was a gem once upon a time.

Ute loves the animals they save so much and she gave my wife and teenage daughters a great tour of the property and introduced them to the longhorn cattle, the sheep, goats and so many other animals on property. The property is clean and has beautiful wood details throughout. Conrad cooked us a great breakfast too! If you like animals and great hosts, this is the place for you.
