I kept getting the runaround from the one employee who speaks English, and communication overall was a mess. Another staff member was supposedly available at times, but every single time I showed up, she "wasn't there" or suddenly couldn't take me. What's even worse is that I drove there FIVE separate times after calling ahead and being told I had an appointment--only to arrive and be told no one could see me. Who runs a business like this? It's a complete waste of time and honestly feels disrespectful. The staff was disorganized, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. There is clearly no real scheduling system, no accountability, and no regard for customers. This place feels shady and unreliable, and I will absolutely never be back. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Eventually, the masseuse switched out, and a male masseur took over. He was perfect--just the right amount of pressure, skilled in hitting all the pressure points. His long, deep strokes across my feet, especially around my bunion, were so soothing that I drifted off to La La Land... only to be startled awake by a loud snore. MY loud snore. Momentarily disoriented, I realized I had dozed off. I looked up and noticed the masseur, wearing a baseball cap, paused mid-massage, hands still in position. Embarrassed, I gave a light jerk of my feet, and he resumed the massage. I must've dozed off again, because once more, I snored myself awake. This time, I didn't jump--I peeked through half-closed eyelids and noticed something strange. The masseur seemed to be resting as well, head down, cap low, hands frozen in place. Another slight foot jerk prompted him to continue, and I stayed awake to watch. Sure enough, he adjusted himself and picked back up again. I can't say for certain, but it felt like he stopped massaging whenever I fell asleep. I sincerely hope that's not standard practice. If it is, customers deserve better--especially if we're paying for a full hour of service, awake or not.

They dodged my calls and texts for days to avoid helping me resolve an issue that happened during my visit. It seems this establishment cares more about filling their pockets than ensuring their clients are truly cared for all the way through. I believe they have kept money that is not theirs and were unwilling to work with me on a resolution. I reserved online and invested $135 for a 1.5 hour massage. I came in and was provided 1 hour- $90 value. I was late and informed them of my tardiness and they said it was ok. The masseuse mentioned they would be able to provide the additional paid time the following day as they had additional appointments. I believed them and we scheduled a time . They proceeded to ignore all my communication after this. Eventually the owner emailed me after I replied to one of their many promotional emails. I was called to come in and we scheduled a time. I show up and they said they never scheduled me and no mention of a refund or any resolution or anything that happened was mentioned. I just gave up. I believe they may try their best, but knowingly keeping money that is not theirs (for services not provided) is not ok. It could have been resolved so easily. Where are your ethics & morals? I do not recommend coming in. There are many other massage establishments nearby with top level reviews that run their places with fairness and true care for people.

She was loud and the energy was anything but relaxing. She had me turn from my stomach to my back and started with my feet which I thought was strange. I asked for a deep tissue massage. There was zero technique involved. I became more anxious and upset by the minute. I asked for my massage to be cut short. She rubbed me if you can call it that but didn't massage me. I asked her name and that's when I realized they didn't give me the therapist I booked with. Even though I expressed my feelings of being upset I was still charged $100.
