Because there was no shortage of staff, I was seen quickly and my nails were done within 45 minutes. And my nails looked good! I can't remember the name of my tech, but she was quick and concise and gave me exactly what I wanted. All too often, nail techs do what they think is best without listening and that wasn't the case here. I was only in the McMurray area temporarily so I don't know if I'll be back soon, but if I am, this will definitely be my go to nail place!

On my first visit, I was most impressed on how clean and organized the salon was. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about other salons I have been to; the floors not swept and extremely dusty and workstations that were in need of some attention as well. Maggie did my nails and she was very attentive and concerned about what my needs/likes were. She also gave me tips on how to care fro my dry cuticles and nail beds, lol. I wanted to try out a new nail salon that was closer to me, and let me tell you my nails turned out amazing! I showed the picture to them and they took the picture and brought it to life! I recommend Maggie or Tracey - They do such a nice job! They get the exact colors of the picture and the design spot on! I got tips, gel, and a design for just $60! When I asked about the following day and then any other available day, I was repeatedly told there was no availability, without any attempt to accommodate or even be courteous. What bothered me most wasn't that an appointment wasn't available, it was the way I was treated once I explained the reason for the call. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the type of appointment they're requesting. Unfortunately, this interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was calling on behalf of an existing client. I hope the business reflects on how it communicates with customers in the future.
