So, I went here to get a quick fill. Due to my schedule, it is very busy. So I went here because for whatever reason this place had high rates. So i walk in with my sister. I ask if they could do a certain look (showed picture) they said no because they only use paint. (Paint is very old school) I got the man with the Tattoos on his hands. He was nice at first. I was seated at his station. I made it very clear that I wanted my nails coffin shaped. Which they were already coffin shaped I just needed them filed to make them sharper. He had to put one nail on due to one of my nails breaking. He gave me an attitude several times. He filed my nails then moved me over to get my feet done because he started doing someone else's nails. I came back to get them painted, with another woman who did my designs. (Tracy) I went to sit down and he yelled across the room saying "you're not done" so I went back to him so he could finish shaping. He was very rough... made it feel like my nail was gonna break off. He fought with me. After I spoke up stating that I didn't like the shape of them and he said you should of said something before I started... WHICH I DID! He rushed my nails because I was a little past closing time. I spoke up again saying I wanted mate top coat. He said " you can let her know" (Tracy) and then painted them anyways I got moved back over to Tracy because she did my design. I had no problems with her. Overall: my nails look horrible... I paid way to much. My nails are clumpy the shape is terrible. I later went home to try to reshape them... and there is no fixing them. I added my own gems and it made them more bearable. But unfortunately. I will NEVER come back here. Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. read more

Very nice salon! The space is very clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was very friendly. I really liked how they used liners in the pedicure tubs and all of the tools were clean and sanitized. I also got my brows waxed and was very pleased. I received a great pedicure. She took her time and did an excellent job. This might be my new place for pedicures! ‼ This is by FAR the happiest I've been with my nails in a long time. I went to Magnolia for the first time today & it will definitely be my go-to new nail place. The art Margie did is SO cute, and she was so sweet- sweet enough to stay open late for me to get my nails done before a trip. The salon was very pretty inside, clean, and the employees were so nice. I came here to get my nails done and they look terrible. They are the definition of good from far but far from good. They are french and the lines are completely uneven. Furthermore, instead of white, I got blue. The blue is changing colors. Now, I payed $45 plus tip for them... Do not waste your money. I had my friend say, "Wow did you do those?" I said no. She goes, "Sis you better get your money back those are terrible." read more

Worst manicure/pedicure I've had in a really long time. The technician, Lisa, seemed distracted and lazy. She didn't even touch my heels, or any of the calloused areas of my feet. She did a terrible rushed job on the cuticles for both my hands and my feet, and I walked out of there with nail polish on my fingers in several places. Just awful. I had an appointment and they were not even busy. I paid $75. The massage chairs are not comfortable. Won't be going back. read more

Great experience! Recommend this nail spa to anyone! Got acrylics put on and they look great.

I liked the salon, but the prices are HIGH and I felt I was overcharged. I asked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was talked into a dipped manicure and was charged $48? Then $50 for a gel pedicure. Yikes. My granddaughter got her nails painted and they charged for feet not hands. My daughter in law got a gel manicure for $38. In total $144. Too much for these services. Great job but in CA I pay $25 for gel and $30 for a gel pedicure. I gave less stars because I was overcharged. read more

I will never go back. I received a dip nail service which was overpriced and not done correctly. The nail tech never filed down the product as required and she applied really thick layers of the product. I received several negative comments about of my nails! Do no go here! read more

Stopped into this salon and asked for gel on both my feet and hands. I specifically asked for no manicure/pedicure service. I was ignored and they proceeded to do both. Finally all finished and they want to charge me $100.00 + and claim their prices are the same as nearby salons. Never have I paid more than $50 for my nails/toes. VERY over priced and charge people whatever they feel like. Will definitely never visit this salon again. read more

I really wanted to like this salon. They are located close to my home. But I made an appointment to get a dipped manicure. I get there a few minutes early and waited finally he calls me over to wrap my nails. Then I am moved to another chair so he could wrap another woman's nails. But then a younger woman was wrapped and demanded she got her service now because she had to be somewhere. She jumped in front of us and she a nice slow service. When I finally got to my original chair I got the rush and my nails showed it! I wanted a dip and they were rough and clumpy. Unfortunately I will not be going back. read more

the place seemed very clean so at first I thought it was going to be a great place. but once the man started to do my nails he continued to cut my cuticles and make them bleed several times. my nails were SEVERELY sore afterword. then he continued to make fun of my nails because i tend to bite them a little bit. he called them "jungle nails". the lack of professionalism is what ruined it. read more
