Going into Dear Golden is like walking into a wearable museum. This is the nicest, classist, most tastefully curated vintage store I've been in. They also started doing more jewelry and home goods too which don't stay around long so I always see something new they have put out. I also like that the owner and Jasmine (love her) are never pushy or walking around trying to up sell me things they know don't fit quite right or don't match my hair. To the contrary, when I need any help they will whisk into the changing room to tie up that corset one more half inch if I give them a little wink. Finally, I love that they are extremely knowledgeable about the historical significance of the clothes and jewelry. They know all the top--and lesser known albeit important--designers of the various periods and they have encyclopedic breadth of why the clothes were designed and worn.
