I called around 10:00 am & the owner could not even give me a time that the job would be finished. When I asked him for recommendations on another shop in town, he was not helpful & stated he knew no one to recommend. I then looked on Yelp & found two other shops less than a mile from his location. If you can't do the work, at least have relationships with your competitors for a recommendations to help customers that they are unable to service.

James played around with it for a good while trying to get it printed more crisp or in a different size, and was unsuccessful, due to the program that was used to create the file. He also gave me some suggestions as far as what I can try, since we weren't able to get it printed at a high quality. They have been super patient and kind with me. I will definitely be going here from now on for all my printing needs.
