When I had to fill out a seller's disclosure in June 2020 I called their office to confirm that we were covered and they'd supply what was required and they said we were good to go. Now, at the 11th hour, when I requested the termite bond and letter they are unable to provide one and ask me to pay hundreds more?!? They apparently installed a garbage termite system. We feel completely ripped off. The irony is that we never had termites and termites have never been detected! I do not recommend them and their new company McCalls. We feel very fortunate to have found Denzel and his family run company to address an avian encampment in the eaves of our home. We have had birds nesting in three corners of our roof line for a few years. Denzel cleaned out and cleaned up the abandoned nests and held back clearing one out because it still had baby birds in it. He will come back in a few weeks AT NO CHARGE to address that next when it is empty. But there's more. Denzel told us he was no carpenter, but he would do his best to close up the hole in the roofline. His father had been a carpenter, and he helped him since he was 7 yrs. old. His wood working and carpentry skills were excellent, so that you cannot even tell there had been damage to the eaves and roofline. He spent much more time doing the extra carpentry work then he quoted us for so I asked him what we should do to compensate him for the extra time, and his response was very reasonable. As was the original quote. He arrived on time, stayed way longer then he expected, cleaned up everything and will be coming back at no extra charge to finish the job. Old school work ethic. We couldn't be happier with his work, and hist extremely positive personality.
