They were friendly, courteous, responsive, kind, professional, and worked hard, despite the very difficult weather conditions. They did not complain, and had smiles on their faces the entire time. It was just so wonderful to see. A vent got broken and they came back the very next day and installed it. Stephen came by later that afternoon, to collect payment.
