The girl working was also amazing, handling a line of customers, food delivery and baking cookies. If your in the area, give it a try. Just about all the flavors we sampled tasted very good. Personally, my favorites were the Mango, Banana, and their special flavor. I believe the special flavor was Strawberry Cheesecake. My memory is fading. Anyways, they are worth stopping at and trying. The price points are not too bad when compared to other Gelato places in London. In no particular order: - They often call me sir. I am non-binary and clearly not a "sir". This is not a politeness to me, it is completely ignoring gender identity. If you don't know the pronoun to use, with certainty, there is no need to use pronouns. - They don't take credit cards. Not only do they know this is a hassle (they have a sign up saying "we hope this doesn't upset you" - well of course it upsets me to have to find and ATM and deal with change), their sign almost seems proud of the hassle it causes. Very arrogant attitude, and with current fee caps it can't save them nearly what it costs them in lost business and wasted time. - The serving sizes are too small. The prices seem low, yes. But you get what you pay for. It isn't actually a great deal. In short, a well-worthwhile stop - but they have some things to fix!

It was just short of an actual apple pie slice stuffed in a cup of ice cream. The sweetness and the spices there had the apple stew flavor just right. It's hard to find good apple pie or apple desserts with good flavors that's reminiscent of grandma's apple pie. The ratio of apple filling to ice cream was even perfect. My sister sampled it and was at the counter 5 minutes later and the same girl was nice enough to make her one! It's a shame that sometimes you find the best foods far away from home.

Upon meeting us, we were informed there was ice cream at the London Fields Brewery. Welcome to Tomscoopery, a one woman ice cream establishment welcoming you to London Fields Brewery. I was definitely after her whiskey ice cream (malted whiskey to be exact). There were other flavors too. She sources her gelato from 2 or 3 establishments. Though she didn't know the specific whiskey used here, she's focused on knowing what the ingredients are and where they are coming from. You can tell from her knowledge and the signage denoting the vegan and premium selections. From Gelupo there was: ricotta, almond & elderflower; emelia rumagna apricot honey; malted banana; 72% Venezuelan chocolate; and Pimms & Lemonade (winner for my friends). From Il Gelato di Ariela there was: malted whiskey cream; wild blueberry sorbet; and alfonso mango sorbet. 1 scoop = £2, 2 scoops = £3 and for a premium ice cream add another £1. There you have it.
