Keith calls me back asking where the cleanout was, I told him it was under the house. After he complained to me that he had to get under the house we hung up the phone and he continued on with his work. Once I got back and ask me mother-in-law what he had done she said he ran a Eel, locator and a camra which she said I gave him authorization to do so which I DID NOT. so I go out in her back yard to check his work and I find that he had dug up her sewer line drilled a huge hole so he wouldn't have to get under the house. I then called Keith and ask him why and who authorized him to cut a hold in her sewer line and he said he does this practice all the time. I then requested to keith that he needed to come back and fix the damage to her sewer line and refund her the money for the camra and locator service and giggled and said "not gonna hapoen" So now she has raw sewage bubbling up in her back yard. I then took matters into my own hand and contacted the division of plummers in Frankfort Ky, EPA Bbecause its next to a water way and a private attorney. After nearly getting fined by the EPA and the department of plummers they decided it was a good idea to come today on 7/14/25 to make it right and they also refunded my mother-in-laws money. AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE AND DONT LET THESE IDIOTS ON YOUR PROPERTY.

The Installers explained everything they were going to do, how long it would take, and what they needed from me (NOTHING). They brought all tools and parts, NO trips into town or the parts supply store was required. They even wore little booties over their foot ware so not to get my floors dirty. The Job took most of a day and they left NO trash, or scraps of metal ducting laying around for me to step on. They knocked each time they had to enter MY home and made sure the doors were shut tight so my dogs wouldn't sneak out. They were very considerate and thoughtful. "SERVICE AFTER INSTALL" Part 3 of 3 On one of the hottest days of the year (90+) the NEW unit would Not produce COLD air. I had people and animals all looking at me saying "Well Do Something", I/m melting here. Yes we were all hot and getting crankier by each passing second and each raising degree. I called the company ("MADISON HVAC") that just recently installed a New system in my home. I just spent $$ on cold air and heat and i'm not getting A/C. They tried to fix the system over the phone but no go so they scheduled a service tech the next opening. The tech arrived and was again friendly and polite. He asked about the issues, and got to work, minutes later he had the system up and running. The part that went out was covered by warranty. They can and will work here anytime. We are very happy with our experience. 6/7/18 7/3/19 - called Madison air this am around 10am to report a leakage coming from the unit. Megan (or maybe it was Mandy) handled the call. Even though they were booked up she called back shortly to say she had a tech coming out to look at it. George showed up and fixed it very quickly. Simply a clogged line. Done and taken care of by 2pm. Again.....very happy with their service.
