That's why one of my favorite sandwiches here is the Faking Duck. It's a peking-style inspired slabwich with roast pork, lettuce, hoisin sauce, leeks and crispy noodles. Sounds a bit weird but trust me, it's something you'll want to order again and again. I usually just go for the 1/4 slab as the proportions here are really big. The Arce Dairy Milkshakes are the bomb. You have to order this with your sandwhich. I know I know, weird that it's like eating a dessert with your main meal. But for some weird reason, there's this added happiness I feel when I combine the milkshake with a sandwich. The milkshake is so rich because I feel like they just blended ice cream and served it as a slush! YUM.

The Serendra branch is hardly ever full even on Sundays, so it's a good plan b if you have nowhere else to go. The hype for Chuck's Deli is over so I guess now the prices are too expensive if you think about it. But it's worth going to at least once a year if you're out of options.

The second Percio's is not as large as the first. It's a bit smaller, but oddly just a little bit cozier. Food is still good. Other than our locally known beers, they also serve craft beer. Had Bogsbrew NPA (Negros Pale Ale) - locally crafted beers in Negros province. It was bitter than SMB, but something worth to try if you're into supporting local products. I've seen Penpen's during it's glorious days, can't the management do something about it? We were billed P315 with no service charge. A bottle of beer was priced reasonably.

The pili oil has a distinct nutty taste which goes well with the pasta. And as for the malunggay - I've had malunggay pesto before, and PenPen's version is also good. At less than P150, the taste is quite good. While they serve the usual Filipino food, they also have interesting offerings like the Smoked Tapang Usa and Duck Egg Silog, the Three-Cheese Baked Bangus Belly, the Sizzling Sisig in Liver Sauce, and the Leche Flan Tsokolat-E.
