Car we were looking at (2007 Chevy Aveo) was listed at 1800 on the lot, but the salesman who owns the place wanted 2500 for it, claiming it was a "paperwork fee". Knew something was fishy about there, but ignored my gut because we needed a car. We were there, young couple with a baby in the rain. He knew he could milk money out of us. We signed all the paperwork regarding the vehicle, paid for the car, and drove off. Two weeks later, car went up in smoke. Literally. Took off a few things from the engine and found oil all over the place. 300 dollars and a month later, the thing is still not running. It's just an expensive lawn ornament. Though we did flush the engine and changed the oil and came to find the engine was knocking and rattling around a lot, which it wasn't doing prior to the engine being flushed. We called him, hoping he would be reasonable and negotiate to help pay for the repairs for the LEMON he sold us. He pretty much sneered on the phone and said we signed papers stating we were buying as is and hung up. Do not get a car from this con man. He is a soulless, heartless old bastard willing to risk a family losing their jobs for lack of transportation so he can sit pretty. He is not worth the air he breathes. Do NOT buy from him.
