You'll get more attention at a Planned Parenthood. Unless you enjoy being dismissed and disrespected, go elsewhere. Meagan met with me and went over a lot of information include HRT and how our bodies change due to menopause and it is something we need to handle. She ordered detailed labs and then met with me to go over the results in detail. Most doctors don't do that. They put a note in your portal saying your results are fine even though you see some out of range. I started HRT in December 2025 and what a big difference it has made in my life. Then I decided to have my pap smear with Meagan since she takes the time to go over all the information and find solutions. She also ordered additional labs. Then met with me for 30 minutes to go over the lab results. Due some of the results, she ordered more test to be sure all was ok and continue to monitor my thyroid results. I'm so happy that she goes over everything and if she has any concerns request more tests. My last results were not good as it relates to my iron. Right away she sent in a prescription, requested for me to take a certain vitamin and to refer me to a hematologist for possible iron infusions. Since I'm a pancreatic cancer survivor, I already had a hematologist, so the office sent over my results. Sure enough, he ordered for me to have the infusion. I've had low iron since I finished radiation which the doctors knew but all I got was to take iron supplements with no follow-up. It's only because Meagan took the time to review the results, order tests, that I feel I'm finally getting the treatment I need. I can't wait to start the infusion. Maybe I will feel so much better with not being as tired or dizzy. If you ever feel like there is something wrong and you aren't getting the care you deserve regarding your hormones or labs, then go see Meagan. I'm so thankful I was referred to this practice and to Meagan. Also all their staff is amazing whether in person or when I call.

Not a problem, drove to office and picked up the script. Once delivered, the pharmacist called for me to come pick up the script and ask the Dr. to re-write correctly. First I tried to send a message via the Healow app. Even though I'm an existing patient, the app told me I had not been granted permissions to send messages. I tried to call numerous times and no one answered the phone. This went on for two days until finally I was able to reach the office manager(Heather P) and explained the situation. She informed me the pharmacist is incorrect and I need to go back and "educate them" the script was written correctly. I relayed the pharmacists instructions that there were 3 flaws in the script which prevented them from filling due to legal regulations. Heather immediately became defensive and said I'm lucky to be a patient of theirs. I asked that she call the pharmacist to work out the issue. She emphatically refused to do so and threatened to cut me off as a patient if I caused them grief. (Mind you I'm just trying to get a script filled, I'm the customer not a doctor). I then spoke with the pharmacist and asked her to call the Trinity office. The next day, Heather called me and confirmed the script was written incorrectly and I would need to come pick up a new script. At no point did she offer an apology for the hassle or her rude demeanor the day prior. Reluctantly I again went to pick up the script from their office. Once delivered to the pharmacist she informed me now this time the incorrect medication was written for a completely different Rx. I would need to get yet again a new script from Trinity. I had the pharmacist call Trinity directly hoping to eliminate me as the middle man. The next day Heather left me a message saying this is becoming a nuisance and I need to make the script in hand work. "We won't be writing any more scripts for you so don't ask. Further more we are charging you for the time you have wasted on our end. Login to the portal and pay it before your next visit". I was pretty much speechless after this and chose to drop it and discontinue my business with Trinity. I followed my favorite physician to Trinity because she is an amazing provider. However, if Heather continues to run the office, they will be going out of business. I've never seen anyone so unhappy in their job.

Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she possesses a loving and caring bedside manner that's second to no one. She takes the time necessary to answer your questions and explains things clearly. She equips you with information necessary so you have a clear understanding of your health challenges. She is kind and supportive and very thorough. A special shoutout to Heather for not only scheduling appointments and handling the paperwork necessary for my leave of absence from work, but for the care, comfort and support she offered every time I called and visited. Keep in mind, Dr. Meadows is an OB/GYN. Babies enter into the world when they are ready to be born, hence, Dr. Meadows may have to run to the hospital next-door to welcome a new arrival. So, be patient if you have to wait an hour. She'll be right back and so will I.

The doctor spoke quickly with short words. I didn't feel like they really took time with me, I felt like they were in a rush. The process was rushed, and she did say what she was doing through it, but I still feel like I got herded like cattle. Is there a way to go to a gynecologist without the pregnancy part? That would make the visits less rushed for people who only need a gynecologist and have no plans of getting pregnant.

Where do I begin? I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Dr. Pagete due to having a fibroid…read moreI wished to have removed. I also had a LOT of symptoms. When I explained my symptoms I don't think she listened very much. I then had a hysteroscopy to remove my fibroid. The day after I went to the ER and much to much surprise, the fibroid was still there, alone with a cyst. I went to see her six weeks later and told her about my excessive bleeding, the fact that my uterus seemed to have tilted overnight, and of course my fibroid the exact same size. She brushed off ALL of my symptoms (and did not respond to my questions on the patient portal) and refused to do a sonogram to look at the fibroid again. She said she'd look at it three months later, when I think she would have blamed it growing back on time and not her surgery error. She also, without even looking at my cyst, said it was nothing. Fast forward to two months later when I go to the ER in extreme pain. I still have my giant fibroid and that cyst they think twisted but untwisted. I finally got see a credible doctor, and he tells me the type of fibroid I have cannot be surgically removed with a hysteroscopy. He said even the best surgeon can't because it's intramural with a slight submucosal bulge. He said she managed to shave 2 cm off one side, but I still had a 5x6x4 fibroid. He also said she wasted my money attempting that surgery and she should have known that, that fibroid could not be removed and shaving one side down would give no relief of symptoms. Also, the cyst she said was nothing, was now 5 cm too. So I essentially have a cantaloupe in me. My awesome new doctor preformed a Da Vince surgery and low and behold, I had endometriosis so bad my uterus was fused to my colon and he almost had to remove part of my colon. He said that's why my uterus tilted and she shouldn't have ignored me when I mentioned it. Second, I had stage 4 endometriosis which explains all my other symptoms she ignored. Third, my ovarian cyst was so bad my ovary and fallopian tube had to be removed. The doctor said it was a mess in there. That's the cyst she said was nothing. And everything else she said was nothing. Not to mention I wasted $5000 on a surgery that couldn't even help me to begin with. I considered a medical malpractice suit but after all that I just don't have the energy. I had a follow up appointment with her that I cancelled via voicemail, and she sent me a bill for a no show fee that's illegal. I cancelled with plenty of time it's not my fault they don't check the voicemail. So no, she will not be getting that money, especially since I had to have a second surgery two months later before I died of blood loss.

This is actually the second time he has identified something early and ordered preventative measures, which I'm incredibly grateful for. He referred me to Dr. Rumpf, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is clearly an overachiever, the best possible way. She is extremely knowledgeable and deeply caring, just like Dr. Brown. What I was experiencing could have been mentally and physically overwhelming, but her constant communication, clear explanations, and thoughtful recommendations (always with context) made all the difference. Because of the care I received from both of them, I will be a forever patient of this facility.
