If that business does not have the expertise to do this work, he should have been honest enough to refer me to a more knowledgeable professional. I don't have time to get their $139.95 diagnostic that I don't need because it is just a routine maintenance issue which doesn't need an overpriced analysis, trying to get me to approve unnecessary work. When I first called for an appointment and asked for the cost of a Service B I got "It depends" and no amount. I went to this location specifically for a transmission flush, but they were unable to flush it and didn't call me to tell me that. All their costs are very high. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it.
