Not sure what happened with the quality of stylists that they used to have..but i Had a picture in hand and literally received a hair cut that looked absolutely nothing like it. It was not a complicated cut and it was perfectly suitable for my hair type and texture. What I wanted and what I received were night and day. It looked like a beginner cosmetology student performed my service. Clearly quality cuts are no longer a priority. Worst haircut I have ever had.
