For the amount of money it cost me to have them do hair and makeup for 8 people, ( over $1000) they should at least be using quality products. Many of the girls wiped their faces clean after and reapplied their own makeup because it was so poorly done, in my opinion mostly due to the low quality product. The hair on the other hand was perfect. Everyone loved their up-dos, and that is the reason I rated up from 2 stars to 3. My other issue is that I was not offered a trial for my hair or makeup because they have no salon, so it was a little hectic on the day of the wedding not having already done it once. All in all, I would use them again for hair, and never for makeup again

Nails techs may not perform hair services When Contacted the owner about it instead of sending someone who is Licensed to do hair in the state of Maine. Said she had no one to send and then said she would refund my money only to send a couple hundred back. State has been contacted as you may not pay for hair services in the state of maine without a license to do so. Please use caution and make sure you ask for stylist info so you can make sure they are licensed to perform services other wise you will be scammed out of your money!

I was doubtful that they would agree to respond to an internet inquiry as I wouldn't be a repeat customer but was pleasantly surprised when not only they responded but put with one of their most senior stylist as I was sure I'd be put with a newbie. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but I had a sudden health crisis a year ago that resulted in major hair loss. I was subsequently deeply concerned about a neophyte coloring and trimming my hair. I emailed them my regular stylist's "recipe" and Naomi was an absolute master at her craft. She did an incredible job and was very much a subject matter expert as to what I could do to protect my hair that was coming back in and asses how much new growth I had given it was all uneven.
