The worst staging ever! Everything Ulu brought was junk. She charged $2900 for basically 2 rooms,…read morea large living room and very small bedroom. She rented an ugly, cheap sofa from Rent a Center, and then finished the job with old, dirty, dinged up furniture and tacky plastic plants. The staging did not match the color scheme or style of our home. We did not like it at all, and the next morning, before she even finished, we had her remove it. We asked for a refund, which she refused to do. She spent $900 on items for the staging, and rather than returning them herself, she gave them to our realtor to sort and take back to various retailers around Hilo. She commented that what we wanted would cost $20,000. For 2 rooms? Really? Should have don this myself. Would have saved more than half of what Ulu charged, and we would have been really happy. This is the most unprofessional lady you could ever work with. You would be better off renting furniture you like, shopping for accessories you like, and doing the staging yourself.

He offered me a rate of $200 so naturally I wanted to understand how many hours I was getting so I could compare it to other cleaning services. He said if I wanted to know his hourly rate, he was not the right person for me! Who can stay in business with such a rude attitude!? He seems sketchy if he can't give me a straight answer.
