They came out, made some great design suggestions, wrote up the bid in very quick order. I picked out the cabinets and sink, faucets, and countertop at their design showroom (cabinets are solid wood). They promised they could get this done within roughly a 2-week time frame and they were spot on with that commitment. The workers did a fantastic job. And all messes were cleaned up. It looks great. Moreover--this is not a condo that we wanted to sink a fortune in and they were completely willing to work within my budget. Final note--last year I had another individual (not related to their firm) redo the shower. That person put in the wrong corner shelves--Bruno General Contractors were able to remove the shelves and install the ones that I had originally purchased for the job. Amazing work.

Despite being out of Marco Island, the quote was actually the 2nd lowest (the first being a company that wouldn't include the "extras"). Theoretically, Mighty Fine Roofing is the lowest, but I cannot really compare exactly. The highest quote was about 75% more. Rusty was a pleasure to work with.

He educated us on things we would never have known because this is not a project people do often! AT other stores, they just wanted to know what we liked and how much it cost. Here, Rob wanted to know how we were going to use our tub and other fixtures. They have been in business for over 70 years for a reason. They have gorgeous bath fixtures for less than other bigger stores. I can not say enough about the service we received. He spent well over an hour with us and just brainstormed ideas. We will be going back! Another difference between them and other places where you might buy your bath and kitchen supplies, is that they will maintain parts for everything they sell. We had Jado bath fixtures. We called 5 plumbers to get leaking shower fixed. NO ONE could find the parts because Jado (which was a very high end brand) went out of business during COVID. When I happened to mention that to Rob, he said: "Oh we have Jado parts. Since we've been in business for so long we keep those parts. I will never sell you something that we can't repair eventually, which they always do!" What a relief to know before I buy something else!

Lee Jarvis was the plumber sent to my house today. He is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He even cleaned up after finishing the job. The 5 star rating is for him!! I have always been very satisfied with Bob Hill Plumbing.....they are efficient, trustworthy and dependable. They show up when they say they will and I've even allowed them access to my home when I wasn't there. The only thing I'm not crazy about, is their new practice of securing a $235 fee on a credit card prior to the plumbers arrival. If I hadn't had great experiences with them in the past, I would have called another company. I understand their reasoning, but $235 up front is a little much. For smaller jobs, the fee may not be worth it.
