Symons built a little platform instead of replacing the floor, sprayed all kind of foam insulation in a large hole that was under it, again instead of replacing the floor. I was told if the hot water tank was to fall threw it could be very dangerous!

I talked to three different people on the phone and each one was more difficult and painful to work with than the last. Also, their aquarium section would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic and sad from all the abuse and mistreatment to the fish.
