BEWARE: One instance still gives my wife and I nightmares. They brought in an anesthesiologist for…read moreour appointment, he was a big intimidating guy we've never met before. They would only allow one parent in the room, so I had to stay in the waiting area. Before my wife was even with our son in the operating room, THE GUY FORCED THE MASK OVER OUR SON'S MOUTH WHILE HE WAS CRYING, AND HELD IT DOWN WHILE HE FOUGHT BACK -- UNTIL HE FELL UNCONSCIOUS. My wife saw it from the hallway while she was running to the room, but when she got there our son was already out. The guy didn't introduced himself, didn't say what we were going to do, or what to expect. Neither did Cat. It was very traumatic for my wife and my son. I was livid. I complained after, and Cat apologized, but that was it.
We regret taking my son here for years, from 4-6 years old. We should have left much earlier. They always push for anesthesia or laughing gas, your costs will be higher. We spent thousands of dollars worth of dental work here, and upon going to another dentist, learned that the dental care we received from Cat was not good, and it left my son needing even more work to fix it.
For example, they pulled two of his teeth and put in spacers. They didn't want to keep adjusting his spacers which were causing his gums to bleed, so they removed them and said he must be allergic (he is not allergic to metal, it was their care). The new dentist couldn't believe they removed the spacers... this caused his incoming teeth to have no space, and his whole mouth was out of whack because the gaps had closed.
We also got several fillings here, most of which broke or fell out; we would need to pay to get new ones. The last one fell out while he was eating, 13 months after getting them in. I called to ask if they could fix it, and they coldly told me, "No, you'll need to pay for new ones because we only cover them for 12-months." After thousands of dollars, tons of work done, they still care 0% about you.
Run away from this place.
