Not only is William the owner completely transparent about the cost of the repair, he is honest and extremely fair in his pricing. The quality of his workmanship far excedeeded my expectations, as he installed the best high-end quality brass valves, copper pipe, and pressure regulator at the expense of smaller profit margin on his end. I had a massive leak that catapulted my water bill to $701.16 from the typical $36-$38. After William identified the cause as excessive high pressure via pressure testing (which no other plumber had ever done - water pressure was 105 psi instead of the typical 70 psi), William even went out of his way to adjust downward the cost of the repair after I had explained my financial hardship. I know from other plumbers that the cost of this repair would have approached $2000, but William offered his service at half of that amount. I've learned William and his wife are devout Christians and the quality of his work, service and his ethics are proof of him living a Christ-centered life.
