She did sweep and mop on our second floor of our 2100 square-foot home as well but the main area that she cleaned was the shower stalls and tub surround in two bathrooms and the oven! It seemed pricey at first, but otherwise we would have had to buy two new shower stalls because a friend was staying there and used bleach to clean the shower stalls. They were a mess and she really made them look brand new for $400. She did ask for 500 but I asked for a discount and she did it for 400.00! I'm not 100% sure what her move-in and move out cleanings cost but this was different. It was a by the job cleaning meaning two showers and an oven. She swept upstairs and then moved some things downstairs out of her way. If you have the job that you don't think you can clean on your own she is definitely worth the money.

We had some conflicts with dates and she was very accommodating and made sure to get us in as quickly as they were able to. Today was our cleaning day and the entire thing (3 bedrooms/1 set of stairs) took approximately 1.5 hours - much faster than we were thinking it would be. The carpets look nearly brand new and we had some pretty major staining in our 14 y/o daughter's bedroom from makeup/candy, and all but 2 stains came up (win for us!). Our home is also pet friendly (we have 1 dog and allow our friends/guests to bring their dogs so it's inevitable that we've had some pet accidents, dirt tracking, hair, etc.), so extra kudos for the amount of grime that lifted out of the carpets! We did ask to not move any furniture, simply because we didn't have space to put anything, but our tech did his best to go under/around what was left in the area (beds, dressers, etc). We are very, very happy with how everything came out and how our home now smells! Whatever solution they use is so fresh, crisp and citrussy! Like boiled lemons! Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.
