Upon arriving we immediately contacted them about the 30 C temperature inside the unit. We said we were worried for the safety of our young child and they callously told us to "use a fan". The property had only a single window that could not be opened more than 5 cm, so the space cannot be adequately ventilated. We tried for several hours to plead with Lemon Tree for aid and we were told they'd think about helping the next day. I am ashamed to have supported a business that is willing to harm people for a small profit.

Chantelle didn't show up for her third visit and claimed she had informed me that she had changed the day to Friday. She sent me her schedule and she had me written in for five hours instead of three. Chantelle was going to bring cleaning supplies that were unscented, but that didn't happen. Her organization skills leave much to be desired.
