They're a no-show…read more Our first interaction left a lot to be desired regarding communication, but some people are just not assertive or clear when they communicate. When I realized he hadn't asked for the address, I volunteered the info. No reply. Again, I naively allowed room for poor communication. I trusted if there was a problem of any kind, he would let me know. If you can't or don't want to do the job, then you can't/don't want to. Just tell me! Everything is hanging in the balance, & I've got schedules to keep. Today, he was a no show, and each time his phone went straight to voice mail. I expect the possibility of ghosting in social situations, but professionally? Seriously?! Dump Street lives up... or rather down to its name. A dumpster fire best avoided.

We wanted some of our junk removed from under our seasonal cottage in Red Deer County Alberta. If…read moreit was possible to give this business less than one star I would . Quotes low and gives a little discount then makes it up by gouging and padding travel time and time on site. She then told me (only after i confronted her about the high bill ) that I had hazardous articles that had to go to a different dump - I watched them load the trailer via cctv cameras played it back and guess what no oil containers . Then i questioned the dump fees and i asked to see the dump bill so she sent a copy with lower fee than she had stated (tried padding that also ) and she clipped the dump facility name and address off the reciept so I couldn't confirm that anything went to the farther away facility ( nice try Shelley but you missed the part lower on the receipt where it said the dump facilty, also had the time in and out (21 minutes) not the hour you said it took you to sort . We eventually did AGREE on a lower fee and I paid it but now she is hounding us for the difference and demanding 120% per year interest rate ( which by the way is a criminal offence) . She should know that a non contract allowable interest rate on an invoice is only 4% per Year ! Horrible horrible experience, we are seniors yes, but not the stupid seniors she thought we were. I was told I would have the big truck as I had alot of stuff and moving from Red Deer to Cochrane.. 3 pm the day before I was told no sorry we booked the big truck to go to Grande Prairie so you get the small one and they will have to do 2 trips..they started late in afternoon and went til 2 am..needless to say it was a long night..then they dropped my freezer..damaged our wood rails when moving couch and charged us 2 1/2 hours for one way to Cochrane when we all know it's 1 1/2.. tried to bring up concerns and had to chase them for not only a receipt but to go over what happened and the overcharge which was all dismissed...CRAZY!!!! Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
