I told Betty from Maid Spotless that I had to write a good review for her company--but I only hope it doesn't make it so I can't get my crew any more! I have tried countless cleaning services through the years, both here in this valley and in different places I've lived. I have NEVER had such prompt, professional, excellent cleaning as I got through Maid Spotless. I'd given up and hadn't had a professional housecleaning in many years when I realized an injury had left me unable to keep up with the needs of my 3,400 SF home, and I began searching for a regular house cleaning service. This is what I experienced when I tried different companies that were not Maid Spotless: One place never showed up on the day promised (Paradise Cleaning), instead texting me at the end of the day she was supposed to clean with a terse "I had an emergency," not even an apology, only after we had made countless attempts to reach her. She left me to scramble for anyone I could find on short notice, which ended up being two young women who spent 6 hours, charged double the quoted amount and did a terrible job (didn't even complete the house). A deep cleaning crew I hired after a substantial remodel charged me $350 for a "deep clean" and left spider webs in the corners, didn't dust in obvious places, left streaks on 2 of my 3 showers, missed food spots on my cabinetry, didn't clean the microwave or oven, missed the laundry room altogether, etc. My house is, compared to others I've seen, always fairly clean. Betty's crew described it as a "show home," I wipe down my marble shower every day, and I sweep or vacuum almost every day. So it's usually floors, toilets, dusting the wood blinds, and kitchen crumbs, etc. that need to be done. Maid Spotless, from day one, did it right. As picky as I am, they didn't miss a thing. I've never had that before with a cleaning crew. They use good, clean microfiber cloths, nice-smelling, gentle but effective products, and if something needs special attention, they address it without you having to point it out. Nobody's perfect all the time, but Maid Spotless comes very close. Another thing I appreciate is Betty herself, who works with you on scheduling and seems to really value my business, unlike other companies I tried. read more

Maid Spotless came and did a deep clean on my house. I wasn't home while they cleaned so I put my trust in them that they would do a great job without me having to be there to micromanage, which I don't do anyway. They didn't disappoint. I came home at the end of the day and my house looked great! I work full time and have weekends off and the last thing I want to do is clean my home on my days off. I recently had a deep cleaning service and I could not be happier. I was very pleased with how shiny and clean everything was. They put so much effort into cleaning EVERYTHING! It was worth every penny. I paid $360 for 4 hours (2 maids) and these ladies exceeded the time at no extra charge because they wanted to finish with every attention to detail. They were a little late to show up but I didn't mind at all with how well they cleaned and cared. Would definitely recommend this company! read more

Had our home cleaned for the first time and Im very impressed with the detailing of the service! I could tell the ladies really took the time to clean! I would say the only down fall is the scheduling at first, I would like to do something closer to the weekends (as we entertain) but seems they can only come early in the week unless something opens up... but still very happy with the cleaning and Claudia was very sweet and helpful! We used Maid Spotless when we bought our house for a move-in cleaning. Betty was very courteous on the phone and very honest about pricing and everything. They were able to make a rush appointment (we wanted the house cleaned the day before moving in) and the maids did a good job! The carpets were all clean and granite countertops and fridge were spotless! They even collected all of the stuff the previous owners left behind and threw them in a bag to throw out. They missed a few very small spots but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed with a disinfecting wipe. I had someone, I believe was the owner, come out to give me a quote. We told her what we needed done and she walked around with a clipboard looking at the cleaning that had to be done, including touching the blinds. She gave us a price and said it would be 8 hours so she would send out two people at 4 hours each. They did come on time, but were not able to finish and I received a call stating they needed an extra 1/2 hour and we would be charged extra. I felt that they should finish the job since they did give us a quote after inspecting the work that needed to be done. I did not approve the extra time/cost so they did not finish and left. There were some things they cleaned well, and other things that were not cleaned well. I was not very satisfied with this company. read more

I called last minute to see if I could have my house cleaned for holiday visitors. I was injured in a car accident and cannot clean house myself the way I used to. Betty to the rescue! She worked with my budget and she sent over Veronica who is the best house keeper I have ever seen no exaggeration!
