It had been quite a while since my house had been professionally cleaned and I recently had a slab leak, so there was lots of dust. Yesenia's (the owner) team came in and did a wonderful job. When I returned home in the evening the house smelled fresh and clean! The bathtubs (two that had not been used for quite sometime) all looked great and all the mirrors were sparkling. I generally thought I kept my house clean "sorta" . So long story short I'm about to list my house and have been busy with painting so I really haven't had a chance to do a thorough cleaning. I called Miranda and she provided me with a reasonable estimate. With in a couple days she came to clean and when I arrived home. Wow what a difference the house looked so much cleaner. I would consider having Miranda come in monthly to do a general cleaning on top of what I normally have time to do, but I'm moving out of state so that probably would not work. I'll start by saying Miranda and her son did Not do a bad job just not the standard I've had done before. Also I was asked to find things that might need to be redone. However, I am 8 months pregnant (modified bed rest) and will not be doing a white glove inspection. I walked downstairs and asked if the floors had been mopped (it didn't look like they had been) I was told yes. Later that afternoon I was still going around vacuuming all the corners and around my island. This morning (less than 24hrs later) I was mopping my kitchen floor. I paid almost 500$ for my kitchen and bathrooms to be deep cleaned, I shouldn't be mopping dirty floors or vacuuming. There were minor other issues; only 1 side of banister dusted, a few dusting cobwebs missed in bathroom. Again the rest of the house seemed ok, cabinets cleaned, counters and sinks cleaned, all floors/chairs vacuumed; but I was really upset about the floors. Especially for the price. read more

Miranda's Maid came to do a move-in cleaning on my home I just bought. She brought two amazing helpers, Kaylee and Brenda (I hope I got the names right). I gave them a quick tour of the house. I asked if I could also get vaccuming for the living room and get the windows cleaned (something I hadn't communicated earlier and changed my mind on), and she was able to fit my additional requests in . It was an additional cost, but again, I hadn't mentioned them before so I was really happy she was able to fit those in. When you first talk to her via Yelp or any other messenging service, it's super important to list everything you want done. That way Miranda's Maid and you are on the same page and everything can be estimated. As the cleaners cleaned their way through the house, I was told whenever they were done with a section to be encouraged to find anything they might have missed and they would go back and clean it while they were still there. I didn't find anything, but what I did find was an AMAZING job done. The whole house by the end of the cleaning felt like walking into a whole new place. These cleaners did an outstanding job and fast! I highly highly recommend Miranda's Maid. Also, as a footnote, Miranda's Maid was extremely responsive on Yelp's messenging system. Use that time to make sure you have an entire list of what you'd like done. The more clear and communicative, the better. Also her estimate was very fair. And because inside cleaning of windows and vacuuming a carpet with dog hair wasn't talked about before, there was a price addition. So again, fair estimate, but if you don't mention it, she wouldn't have included it in her estimate before. And the price addition was reasonable and fair. I hope I've left a review that's helpful. Best cleaning service I've used. I don't need home cleaning too often as I prefer to do it myself. But I've used cleaning services at least 20 times for extra help/move-ins or move-outs, etc, and no other service crew has done as good a job. In this case I needed cleaning services because I'd hurt myself and had company staying the whole weekend. I figured as long as they did the bulk, heavy cleaning I would go back and do the fine details afterwards without bothering my injury. There was nothing for me to do! They did it all. My home was sparkling clean. They moved things and got in all corners. This is a very big deal to me. The last two or three times I used cleaning services they cleaned around small objects instead of moving them. Always frustrates me. I don't expect anyone to move or lift heavy items like large furniture, but I do expect them to pull the kitchen chairs out and get fully underneath., Things like that. That's exactly what this service did. Every reasonably accessible and nook and cranny was covered.. They were prompt and did a truly great job. I would definitely use them again. read more

This is our deep cleaning experience paying extra because we had a lot of dog hair in the house which we were aware of prior to the cleaning. While this isn't the worst job I've encountered from a maid service it's certainly not been the best. A team of 1 person showed up this morning promptly at 9am, and she was extremely friendly! We have a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home that is roughly 1900 sqft. She was completely done by around 11:45. I will say she was wonderful to not disturb while I was working which other companies would've not cared and haven't cared in the past. For a job this big, there should've been more than one person here and they could've worked more efficiently and caught the things that were missed. I was very clear when I made my appt that it's been several months since we had a deep clean and we have dogs so there's plenty of hair and dust floating around. All other companies I've used in the past would've even done the dishes if nothing else then to clean the sink. This lady did not.
