A cleaner from this company broke one of the cabinets of the hinges and it was laying on the ground when I came home Tranquil home offered to send someone to fix and proceeded to waste about 8 more hours of my time over the course of 2 days and the handyman never showed 2 days in a row The cabinet was fully functional before it was torn off the hinges and left on the ground One of the hinges was broken and the company kept leaning on that but the cabinet fully worked The cleaner didn't even clean my sink lol Just all together a really huge waste of my time and money since I have to fix the cabinet myself I have worked with them in the past and it was fine but it's truly not worth your time when sometime could be okay or they break something in your home and leave the house dirty I also had surgery around this time and got my house cleaned due to barely being able to walk so it was insanely disappointing to have -another thing added to my to do list -an apt that was still not cleaned -more time wasted with them scheduling a handy man who was a no show twice Not worth your time Not worth your money I can only assume if they didn't want me to review them on all review sites they would reimburse me for having to get the cabinet fixed read more

Solid green cleaning company with great people -- but high turnover I've used this green cleaning company several times now, and overall I've had very good experiences. They clearly hire well -- every cleaner they've sent has been friendly, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I also really like the products they use; everything feels clean without the heavy chemical smell you get from traditional services. Scheduling and communication have always been easy, too. The downside is the turnover. More than once, I've found a cleaner I really liked and hoped to keep long‑term, only for them to leave within a few months. It's happened four different times, and it eventually became a pattern I couldn't ignore. In the end, I stopped using the service because the constant turnover made me worry that employees weren't getting what they needed to stay. I genuinely liked the cleaners and the company's approach, but I want to support a service where the people doing the work feel supported enough to stay. read more

I thought the cleaners (Arwin and Elle) did a great job in the time allotted. My husband and I agree that the areas cleaned were the cleanest we've ever seen them. However booking the cleaning was a little bit confusing. I had requested deep clean for certain areas of the home (bathrooms, kitchens- no need to do bathrooms) but was told that a standard cleaning didn't include inside the refrigerator. I received a quote and I'm not sure if we ended up getting charged a standard or deep cleaning - I'm not sure if there is a difference in the rate and then what the price difference is. The other reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they send a lot of texts (which some might appreciate as good communication) but I have received multiple texts from 2-3 numbers (one asking for additional services multiple times) and it felt a little like spam. I think overall I would still use them in the future but maybe for special occasions only instead of regular cleaning. I would still recommend them for how clean and thorough the cleaners were. Prior to beginning their service, they reviewed my top areas of concern-which included common zones (e.g., kitchen cabinets, inside of the oven, nooks and crannies of the staircase, baseboards, and the dreaded bathroom tiles) as well as more specific areas (e.g., trash receptacle area, tops of fans, etc.)-and all areas were tackled with detailed. We have the pleasure of residing with three pets (two Maine Coons and a Labrador Retriever), so pet hair is an accessory. I got a move out cleaning snd tranquil home was very responsive and did a great job with cleaning. They stayed longer to try to get the grease out of our kitchen and didn't charge us extra for the time they stayed over what was communicated which we appreciated. They weren't able to get the grease out which was surprising and kind of a bummer but it was a tough spot. They had a spot checked come after and check their work which was a cool too. I've been searching for a company to deep clean my apartment and Tranquil Home pulled through! Since they had my information in the system from a quote request, they contacted me during the holidays for a discounted price because someone cancelled last minute. A deep clean of my space (~950 sq ft) required two sets of hands and they stayed for about 3 hours. This ended up costing $308, which isn't a bad price for a deep clean. Upon inspection, I was really impressed with how they tackled the oven and the bathrooms. There were some areas missed but I understand there's a lot of stuff to tackle especially if this was my first time doing a deep clean. During scheduling, you can tell them which areas to focus on. I did have a good first experience but I guess I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the inside and the front of the fridge weren't cleaned and oven especially since I paid for the minimum of 2 hours and they didn't utilize the entire time to do a little spot check.
