Several months ago one of their employees went into my master bathroom and shit. When I walked in and I found her shitting in my bathroom, the owner and I discussed it and I requested that the employee not come back to my home to clean and the owner agreed. The company respected that until December I walked out in my living room to see the same cleaner standing in my home and did not even say good morning to me. Now fast forward to January 5, they did it again. Brought the same employee to my home and when I told them that I would not be able to allow her to clean my home, but the other cleaner Alyssa is allowed to come in to clean, Alyssa told me it will just be her cleaning and she went to check in with the office manager Steve. Alyssa came back and said they will have to clean on another day because Steve said she can't do it on her own. They then proceeded to charge my card on-file and indicated that I refused access to the home which I have video recordings from my doorbell that I did not refuse access to Alyssa. They are the ones who refused to allow Alyssa to clean the home alone. 2. Very unprofessional services. They will be in the wrong and not apologize. They no showed on me back on Sept 29, and then gaslit me and said that my schedule got thrown off from vacations that I took several months prior. Up until that time, they were coming for the regular two weeks schedule, so I'm not sure how to schedule worked for several months and then suddenly did not work in Sept. They clearly messed up and had a scheduling error and instead of owning that as any professional Business would do they gaslight costimers. 3. The cleaning services was great in the beginning and then their attention to detail and level of cleaning drastically dropped. They would clean and my bathroom floors would be left completely dirty for several cleanings back to back. They were spraying and washing it down, rather than actually scrubbing it. See photos below. Several other areas of my home would be neglected from basic things like dusting the lights over my kitchen island, blinds, cleaning the backsplash behind my stove, cleaning the range hood, cleaning underneath the kickboards of the cabinet where several food crumbs would remain that my 19 month old daughter would constantly pick up. And there's so much more. 4. They scratched the outside of my new tub in my bathroom with their vacuum. 5. Please note that if you use this company, not only will you get unprofessional services, but they will have a nasty attitude that you are begging them to clean and they are doing you a favor. These are very inexperienced people trying to run a business and doing a very poor job at it. RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS's REPLY. Using ChatGPT to reply to me is actually amusing and shows that you just don't know what you're doing. You can't even come up with an authentic response and a lack of education in your field. It truly baffles me that they will lie when I have video recordings and I am not bluffing. I just sent them proof that I have a video recordings. I did not address the employee directly. I spoke to the Action manager this morning and I said to her very calmly that I was confused because I had an agreement with the owner Kia for the individual to not return to my property. In fact, my video recording will show that the employee walked away while I was speaking to the acting manager to go back to their car and started cursing, she was the one who used profanities. As far as several site visits, management visiting and quality control, THAT IS A LIE. The owner Kia cleans my home. That's not a site visit, that was her coming every two weeks to clean and she was part of the problem. She's actually the one who did not clean my shower for 3 consecutive cleanings. If a company would lie, knowing that a customer have actual video proof....RUN! These are not the kind of people that you want cleaning your home. And I absolutely use profanity only after they left my property and charged my card today on January 5, 2026. Our long history of text messages conversations history will show that there was never prior any profanities used before that. I also downloaded and saved all video recordings from my camera anytime any discussion took place in my home regarding any issues so I have proof so keep lying and I'll show those as well. ANOTHER UPDATE: Company states that they're immediately refunded me that is a lie. Got an email indicating that I was charged and there is no email indicating that I was refunded and my bank account reflects the same. These people are DANGEROUS !! They are lying, knowing that I can disprove everything that they are saying.

    I don't think I've ever left a one star review in my life, but I cannot recommend this company…read moreafter my experience. It was bad enough that I feel obligated to share with others. We just bought a property in the Blue Ridge area and wanted a thorough deep clean before moving in. Suzanne was responsive, offered a fair price, and could come within our timeframe. Day of the cleaning they were a few hours late. No biggie because we weren't there. Later that evening I received photos of the finished job. Mostly dark and blurry, impossible to judge a proper clean from. I offered to pay 50% now and 50% 2 days later once we arrived. I was told by Suzanne their payment policy required up front payment. I had never seen this policy but since she had access to my cabin and I wasn't there, I decided to trust her and said I expected them to come back out if anything was not as expected once I arrived. When we arrived to the cabin 2 days later after 11 hours of driving, I was incredibly disappointed to find our cabin still filthy. I was so shocked that I cried. I was concerned that I had been scammed. There was dust everywhere. Floors very clearly were not vacuumed. There was stuff all over the rugs, dead bugs on the floors. Every baseboard was caked in dust. The closets clearly weren't touched. Dust and random objects all over the floors and baseboards. The inside and outside of our kitchen cabinets were so dirty. These were all items on the agreed upon checklist that should have been cleaned. Suzanne sent two people out two days later to redo the cleaning. Arielle and Angie were amazing and did a great job. When they arrived they didn't have any of the proper cleaning supplies because they were told the house was clean and just needed some touch ups. They were shocked by how much cleaning was needed and ended up spending ~4 hours deep cleaning with me helping. I personally spent 4 hours cleaning my kitchen since the inside, outside and tops of cabinets were not touched. I'm glad Suzanne sent people out to redo the job, but I cannot believe this was necessary in the first place. I never even received a simple apology for my experience. If I were a business owner I would never allow that poor level of service for a customer. My assumption is that she outsourced the job to someone and never saw the finished work herself or she would not have allowed this.

We were impressed by her reviews here and on Google and her rapport which was delineated, it seems, by way of her reviews. She was at times overly helpful, communicative, and endorsed professionalism. However, more recent interactions with her have tainted that representation and, in our view, her professionalism. She reached a point in the business relationship where she is unjustifiably offended and makes decisions for you without initially consulting you, and I believe it is because she is a one-woman show and needs help executing. There were a few instances where she wasn't going to be finished cleaning the home in time for check-in of our guests despite being scheduled and informed ahead of time and there was a time when she was still there cleaning when the guests checked in, which is a big no-no in the short-term rental space. Yet, believing in second chances, we continued to utilize her services because we believe, strongly, in supporting Black-owned and woman-owned businesses because we are the one of the same. We always paid her within a couple of hours of receiving her invoices and in full. Her responses to us started to become flippant and misplaced. She made a decision at her last clean for us to take linens from the home without our directive to do so, stating that she would clean them at her own home. We kindly stated to her that was not necessary and she proceeded to, again unjustifiably, respond to us that we thought we were "better than her" and that "her home is clean." We were remarkably taken aback because we never insinuated that her home wasn't clean and she became angry with us for a decision she made without first consulting us. After that text message intercourse, she abruptly resigned and stated that she "no longer wanted to approach the premises." We kindly accepted her decision. We therefore made plans to which she agreed to return our linens that she unilaterally removed from the home and our keys since she resigned, and then she abrupted decided after agreeing that she didn't want to do that and that we were "inconveniencing her." Mind you, she made sure to abruptly resign after she received her payment from us of $825 after delivery of services for the week, which would be her final payment. We never once tried to inconvenience her. We never once did anything to make her feel less than. We never once treated her with any ounce of disrespect or disgrace. We appreciated her and conveyed that to her often. I feel what will impact her ability to sustain a reputable and scalable business is her inability to exhibit emotional intelligence in her dealings with her customers/clients. She would also benefit from hiring additional staff to help her achieve operational excellence focused on efficiency. Finally, she credits herself with the success of our AirBNB as if she were a business partner instead of someone we hired to perform a service. That is all we did and were doing. She took it as more. She was not a business partner and if you hire her company beware of her overattachment and overinvolvement in how you run your business. At the end of the day, we wish her nothing but the best and optimal success, but we just didn't have time for the aggravation from communicating and dealing with her later in this relationship. There are too many cleaning services who would be glad to provide the services we need.

I hired her at the last minute and she showed up and done a hell of a job with my Airbnb. My Airbnb guest complemented me on the cleanliness of my house. I will be definitely using her more often.
