Josh, Lavunty, Justin, and Dre were assigned to the project. The group led by Josh was beyond professional! They saw the challenge, discussed a team on the best strategy, and went to work. They ensured the safety of the team and the property was top priority. We had Success! Thanks Guys!

I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.

First, the crew of 5 guys and two trucks. They were awesome! Went above and beyond. Did anything you asked them, very polite, and were a great example of a group that worked as a team Second, we ran out of room on the trucks. We weren't able to get our new fridge delivered due to a drop issue. Two of the guys drove back to Grayson (30 minutes each way) to get our secondary fridge and a back patio table. This so we could have a fridge in the garage until our primary one gets delivered on Monday. We couldn't go a whole weekend with coolers and ice for the family. This at NO extra charge Lastly. There was a deep scratch on our hardwood floor entry and a good bit of oil spots all the way up the drive way due to a truck oil issue. I mentioned it to the main guy and without me knowing he called Josh one of the owners. Josh called me directly and said he was on the way to resolve the clean up and take care of the floor Josh hand scrubbed the entire driveway issues with a brush and worked on fixing the hardwood scratch. The total work took about 2 hours and he staying until 7:00 PM on Friday night. Just wow Now as a small business owner myself, this is one example of a company and service job that Josh/team should be very proud of. It should be 10 stars on Yelp On a side note, this is my third move with Two Men and a Truck over the last 17 years. It won't be my last but I hope we don't have to do it again for another 12 years :)

On moving day they took an extra 4 hours and charged an extra 50%. When we asked what specifically took extra time the owner went off on a deranged rant: "I am calling the police and they WILL arrest you! I will also call your employer and tell them what a terrible person you are..." This person has no business being in charge of anything let alone all of your possessions. If you value your sanity and your wallet, leave this company alone.

I called the office and before long, josh called to let me know that they were running behind and he could not make it too the home. We discussed the job over the phone, a quote was given and we accepted. We scheduled for the next Sunday. The team was late showing up, not a big deal, we discussed that we needed the furniture most of all to go and then what totes could be loaded afterwards. Everything was grabbed and was being placed on the truck. Items were being pushed up against other furniture trying to get it to stay in place. Wooden items should be wrapped and protected, not just shoved and shoved until they don't move. The team did stay busy, moved quickly and did not waste time, which helped reduce the cost, however with damaged items, the cost go back up. If you have items that you don't care about, you don't have antiques, or nice things then this company might be for you, however if you do have nice items, furniture you like or items that have sentimental value or real value, then this is not the company to use. Items will not be wrapped, some items that had glass did have cardboard wrapped around it, so I will give them that, however the overall item was not wrapped, and the wood was damaged, so it still stings. I contacted Josh and he requested pictures of the items that we found to be damaged after the move. I sent the pictures to him, and he has not responded back.

The two men did a great job handling our items and making sure that they got to their destinations. They were very professional, patient, and helpful. We paid about $600 for the service & we were very pleased with the price because movers are usually more than that. The items were placed in their correct areas and everything came in their condition it was before the move (so far, that I've seen). The movers were very friendly and had great communication. My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. They deserve respect and care as well. I asked them if they wanted food (primarily my husband) and he offered to them as well and they took a break (off the clock) and then they were done shortly after that. I'd definitely suggest this company for moving. I love family companies so I'll always work to support.

I want to share my dreadful experience with CCE Express, a moving company owned by Tony, with…read morepotential customers. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and unprofessional, which made my moving experience profoundly frustrating. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced. For anyone who wishes to discuss this further or seek more information about my experience, please feel free to reach out to me personally. I also added just a FEW of the photos of damage to this review.
