I accidentally used them instead of the previous provider who did excellent work. They pressured me into giving them $150 after leaving my home. In fact, I have now realized it was a scam. I was not home to inspect the cleaning but once I returned, I notified the owner immediately. She stated she received my videos. Kristy said she received my photos of my house, and it indeed was not cleaned. However she continued to text and call me for $150 to pay her girls. She stated she would take care of it the day after Thanksgiving and I have not heard from her. I had been gone for seven weeks on deployment and truly hoped My home would be clean for the holidays. I am more than disappointed and shocked that a business owner will not hold herself accountable and pay for her own employees incompetencies. I was not going to post this because I'm a business owner also, but because of her unprofessionalism and follow up, I feel the need to advise others using the yelp app that this company is not reputable. I am almost so sure this is a scam. I asked my husband if I should file a police report? I feel as though my home was cased and not cleaned. The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house!
