I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. I scheduled a move in clean for my new, empty home. I provided a list of what I wanted cleaned including inside all cabinets, hand washing baseboards and blinds and deep cleaning bathrooms. After the cleaning it was clear that only a surface level was done. The baseboards and blinds were dusty and the pantry still had crumbs on the shelves. Bathrooms were dirty. The cupboards were cleaned only on the bottom shelf. I called to schedule a reclean. It was scheduled almost two weeks from the original cleaning. Then two days ahead of time they pushed it out by almost a week. So the reclean was almost 3 weeks after the original cleaning. The second time was no better. If anything it was worse because I was able to witness their poor work in action. All dusting was done with a swiffer that was so old and gray it should have been replaced months ago. Baseboards were again not washed but dusted with the nasty swiffer. I was asked to check progress and found the tub and base of the toilets still dirty. It was then redone. I had to ask the cleaner to not use the same mop in the kitchen that she had used in the bathrooms. I'm not sure it mattered though since it was also gray and dirty looking. The house agsin didn't feel clean but instead like dust and dirt had been moved around. A complete waste of money.

Conveniently, I could schedule their services via online! It was so easy and straight-forward. The pricing was affordable too. After couple hours of scheduling their services, they came that afternoon- fast service! (place to call if you EVER need that quick, clean-up service after you trash your parents house while your parents are GONE for vacation) They proceeded to throw away trash, wipe counters, clean floors, etc.. Right when they finished, they immediately left. Their service was amazing and the maids were super nice and professional! I felt safe while they were cleaning my sister's home.
