DO NOT USE MAID2MATCH! I used to be an employee at maid2match and please listen to this warning. they take advantage of NDIS clients, deduct money from people's accounts for no reason, harass them on the phone and don't supply cleaners for those who need it. The team leader Cherie is not fit for her position, she belittled me and is on a power trip. She WRONGFULLY fired me as an employee just because she felt like it then didn't pay me for the ecstatic work i did then called my client harassing them 3 times trying to manipulate them to say i didn't attend my clean when i did. luckily my lovely client let me know what was going on so i ca make this review to warn the community. Another thing, they claim to be a "tight family community" which is a lie because i have never met anyone in this company at all and i worked there for 3 months. This is a dodgy company. Cancellations are more common than kept appointments in my experience. We've had five cancellations or no-shows in a row and each time we were told that no replacements could be found before the next scheduled clean. My advice is to steer well clear of this company or you'll spend more time trying to reschedule appointments and get the money back from their reschedules than the time you'd save when they actually show up read more

This has been a frustrating experience. They canceled my appointment scheduled for July 24th, then again on July 29th, and once more on July 31st. The earliest they can reschedule now is August 5th. It's disappointing to have so many appointments canceled, leaving people in the lurch. Is this the level of reliability and service you offer? This is unacceptable. We get stuck with no bond cleaners due to two other companies pulling the plug at the 11th hour on us. We called Maid2Match and the team was very understanding and said they would see if they could reschedule one of their cleaners to fit us in. They got back to my partner within a few hours and had cleaners out to the property within 48 hours. We will now look to get them on a regular basis in our new apartment. read more

NDIS beware You would think being part of NDIS program, they would have more consideration for people with special needs - not making them wait around and organising themselves only to have a no show. What kind of business service doesn't turn up?! And reading from other comments - this happens regularly. Disgraceful! read more

According to the website they put aside 1.5 hours per bedroom - I got a quote for a 3 bedroom house fortnightly clean at $122 - thought this sounded reasonable so booked it in with the understanding it would take 4.5 hours (as per website hours per bedroom) When the cleaner turned up she said she was told to stay by management for 2 hours - what? If she was to stay for more hours I would have been charged more - That means this cleaning business is not just dishonest but are cleaning your house for $60 per hour or more - making a huge profit - had to stop this clean before it started. read more

Maid2Match provided a team to clean our home from top to tail. Bookings were easy. customer service center was responsive. The team confirmed the details before arrival. They had all their own equipment and arrived on time to do the most thorough cleaning job in our house EVER. They also assisted with laundering and folding that most other cleaners would never touch. They work hard and we highly recommend them. read more
