When I tried to use it, I realized the tip has an unpolished, sharp metal burr from manufacturing that literally catches, tears hair, and scratches the scalp. It is completely unusable and hazardous (see photos). On August 29, 2026, I returned to the store politely asking for an exchange for an undamaged one or a refund under California's Implied Warranty of Merchantability. Instead of helping, the employees outright refused, laughed directly in my face, and refused to provide any manager or owner contact information. Selling sharp, defective accessories and openly mocking young customers is absolutely shameful. Avoid this place at all costs -- a complete tourist trap with zero accountability.

I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it.
