Hired to do a move-in clean of a ~3800sq ft house in South Jersey including basement. I was given a reasonable quote of 10 man hours and was sent 3 people. I was unable to be there personally to oversee the cleaning unfortunately, and I would not recommend due to the many parts of the house that were missed and the many hard to reach places not bothered with. I have opened kitchen and bathroom drawers to find them not cleaned, baseboards under cabinets still filthy, basement windows ignored, a ton of cobwebs not dusted, and light fixtures untouched. Why pay for the service if I then have to doubt what was cleaned at all. While customer service was responsive when I was setting up the service, they have not responded to my emails when I have advised them of my disappointment in the cleaning service. If you want a job well done, do not use maidpro. read more

Chloe and Desiree were our "Pros".. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not Waste your time or money on this company. We hired MaidPro to do a deep clean, and added 10 windows (as an extra charge) to be cleaned. 2 woman arrived at 9am, and I'm not sure what they did between then and 11am, because when they left 98% of ledges, shelves, picture frames, counter tops, toilets, light fixtures, floors, mirrors, fans, doors, light switch's, surfaces were NOT cleaned. My Kitchen table was still sticky, floors had cherrios, front AND back glass door were not touched. They move literally nothing, as they claim. It felt dirtier after they left to be completely honest. Both of these "Pros" dishonestly checked off every single one of their 49 point checklist as complete, however none of which were done. They did empty the trash can but that's about all they did. Contacted company and provided over 90 photos of proof that the Job was NOT done in any way. They offered a re-clean, which we did not accept. After 2 days of attempting having to argue and listen to their excuses to try to dispute this charge with them, they finally refunded us our complete amount paid however it was a huge hassle. And the undeserved $20 tip we gave those ladies is a loss on our end. Lesson learned the hard way. DO NOT REVOMMEND. Provided just a few photos of MaidPro's work! read more

Terrible disorganized service from Cherry Hill branch . They tell you the cleaners are coming at a certain time frame but cleaners don't show up then they give you a second time and still no cleaners because the scheduler Rebecca in the office did not know cleaners working schedule. Communication very poor . For the price they charge which is close to $150 for three bed house it's really better looking elsewhere. They have tried to charge us twice in one month for a monthly service. Their cleaners seem equally frustrated with their lack of communication. If you don't tell customers the truth it's a bad reflection on your standards of service . Ignoring customers calls just frustrates the customer more and more . Lack of consistency in service is hardly good for any business and shows lack of professionalism. read more

I have never had a bad experience, but yesterday was absolutely the best experience I have had. Denya is just wonderful. Her commitment and attention to detail just shine through! She had the house shining, but it was her personal touch that truly set her apart. She stacked my magazines and books neatly; chased our pets wild fur puffs; made little flowers in our toilet rolls and even propped up some of my photos. After a few weeks of a hectic schedule in work and a recent death in the family.. her acts of thoughtfulness just put a smile on my face. The first time Rebecca came and was awesome!! I requested her and was told she was unable because Rebecca works in the office but was assured they would send someone just as good. Well I stated to them that I wanted only 1 person to consistently clean my apartment so that I would not be required to be home during the cleaning. Someone I could trust. I was told 3 different names by 3 different people as to who would be coming to my apartment. The 2nd cleaning there were 2 women 1 trainer and 1 trainee. They left my apartment without cleaning my stainless steel appliances including the sink, without cleaning my sliding glass doors and left a heavy sticky film on my hardwood floors Ian's tile floors which I had discussed with them the 1st visit. I was told that all my requests would be put on my work order for future cleanings. I was also told that they have a checklist that they follow during every cleaning which they did not do. I called to complain and was told that my next cleaning would be better. When I questioned them as to who would be doing the next cleaning I was told the trainee would be my permanent cleaner. I said no thank you and informed them I would no longer need their serbices. I then spoke to someone else who convinced me to allow them to send a veteran cleaner for my next cleaning and it would be free of charge. On the day of my free cleaning I was expecting them here by 11 am as I have scheduled all my cleanings to be complete by 2 as I work nights. At 12:30 on the day of my free cleaning I called and cancelled due to the time restraints. They tried to convince me not to cancel but I was done. No one there is on the same page. They tell you only what you want to hear then do what they want. I also hired Rebecca to do some side work on the weekend and the 1st weekend I was told her phone broke and she did not get any of my text messages and profusely apologized. We set up an appointment for the following weekend and she did not show up or call. They are unreliable. Please do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE THEIR CLEANING SERVICES!!! read more

I just had my home cleaned on Tuesday. My Pro was Sherry. I rent my home out from time to time and it was really bad. I have used multiple cleaning companies and have never had my home cleaned so well. Not only did Sherry get the obvious areas sparkling, she got all of the nooks and crannies, as well.
