They charge a high hourly rate (I think it's around $115/hour) or something crazy like that, and then they will nickel and dime each minute after the first 60 minutes. I decided to give them a try due to the great reviews but I guess my expectations were too high. Let's just say I can clean my house just as well, and save myself $150, which is what I will be doing moving forward. When the staff called to learn about our recent experience, my husband shared his feedback, and it was not well received. Like I said, the staff is fine and nice/trustworthy, but in my opinion this is a rip off and if your house is pretty clean to begin with and you don't mind dusting/swiffering a little then save your $$$.

I had been clear that I needed all the walls wiped down and the baseboards cleaned so we could paint the next day, yet there was clear dirt on all of the baseboards and visible dust on the walls. They also failed to clean one of our two toilets, and they left tons of visible grease on the walls on either side of the oven. As I walked through the house, I saw more and more problems: clumps of dust bunnies left in almost every corner, cobwebs left hanging from light fixtures, dust left on top of every doorframe, dirt left in almost every window sill, etc. I immediately sent a message to the company expressing my disappointment, and even though they knew I was dissatisfied, they processed the full payment on my credit card that evening. Then, they refused to issue me even a partial refund, even though they clearly had not satisfied the agreed upon scope of work in the time they had agreed to perform it in. They also sent me an email falsely accusing me of refusing a walkthrough with them (I did a thorough walkthrough the following morning with one of their employees) and refusing to take any responsibility. I cannot remember the last time our house was this clean…read more We had our first clean this morning -- we scheduled a full-on deep clean -- and I am floored by the great work Kelsey and her husband did here today. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The goods: Renae's responded promptly and had one time slot that worked just right. Their quick response, time slot and review sold me. They brought all cleaning supplies and were very friendly. The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.
