The ease of booking was great! Upon booking a date, they confirm a window of arrival about 24 hours in advance. They also give you 10% off for services on Mondays/Tuesdays. Two maids did a move out/move in cleaning for our townhome. They also gave us a checklist of everything that will be covered by the cleaning. Both of the ladies were professional and did a great job cleaning! They even made our bed and cleaned our front door! Since they vacuumed after cleaning the base boards, some dust did accumulate on the base boards again, but when we pointed this out, they re-cleaned the base boards. We also found some streaks on the mirror, but they were receptive to our comments and fixed the issue immediately. They did also forget to clean the light fixtures, but when we reminded them, they did clean them. They did also only clean the parts of the windows they could reach rather than all the way to the top of the window, so that was a bit disappointing. Our shower glass, countertops, and floors were spotless though! They brought a bunch of microfiber clothes to clean every service and came with all of the cleaning supplies needed. Scheduling is done seamlessly. The cleaners showed up on time sharp. They were professional and very hard-working. We did add-on services for window and inside-oven cleaning. I've used Maid Bright 5 times over the past two years and highly recommend them. They clean everything very thoroughly, and the house looks great when they are through. Also, I love that they change the sheets on the bed. I'm leaving a review today because I was especially impressed after my last cleaning. My son has a loft bed (like a bunk bed but no bottom bed). I have a hard enough time changing his sheets since I have to climb up on a ladder to get to them. So imagine my surprise to see his bed beautifully made with the sheets and blankets all neat and tidy. That was impressive! I used Yelp to contact their business and was able to determine exactly the type of cleaning we needed, making it a really easy process I ended up adding an oven cleaning and grout cleaning to the overall package, and I'm so glad I did! UPDATE 2 The ladies just arrived at 5pm, one is the same one from yesterday and she is pissed. The other is new and sweetly humming while cleaning. The previous lady is upset to be coming out again, which is fair and why I requested a different crew come out but management said it was policy for the same crew to come clean. She tells me that the company is not paying for her work here today. This is a very uncomfortable position to be in as my initial cleaning charge from Maid Bright came above other competitors I was not asked to pay extra for the expected initial service. This is not the cleaners' fault since I believe only 2 hours was allotted to my home to keep the ladies on schedule, but management should have allotted an additional person or additional time to ensure that the checklist provided in the brochure was met. Now I'm reading some of the reviews here I see others mentioning that their cleaning also wasn't as thorough as expected and had to have a crew come out again. I recommend providing a paper checklist the crew can physically check off, the same as the brochure, to ensure all expected areas are cleaned. The women were able to finish cleaning the stove vent and touch up the cabinet fronts in 20 minutes and did a great job. As this is my first professional cleaning I've learned how to better communicate with the cleaners for next time, but I'm hoping that management will consider changing their policy to pay for ALL worked time and build in extra time so the cleaners can thoroughly check off the list. UPDATE 1 About 10 minutes after the cleaners left, I received an email to rate the service. I rated kindly and fairly, saying that I was overall satisfied but noting some of the details listed below were missed. Ahmed reached out the next morning and offered the same crew come out to finish cleaning the areas later this afternoon between 2-4pm. I'm impressed by the level of customer service and will update again after the second round. ORIGINAL This is the first time getting my home professionally cleaned so I did a lot of research. I chose Maid Bright after reading many reviews because of their dedication to using green products. This is important to us because we have 2 dogs and a septic system, and we strive to be stewards of the environment. I clean pretty regularly but wanted a professional touch to get all the nooks and crannies that I wasn't able to in the bathrooms. I reached out through Yelp to get a quote where the owner provided a rough estimate, and then I met with Ruben who walked through my home to give a precise quote. I only wanted my 3 full baths cleaned but Ruben mentioned that the common areas were included. This came out to $233 with a 10% promo they were running. It was easy to call and schedule when I was ready and I prepaid by phone. The day before, I received a reminder email about the cleaning but they had listed a morning time instead of the afternoon time I had in my calendar. I called to reschedule since I was not available at that time and was able to get a time later in the week. I appreciate the reminder email the day before again, for the arrival time anywhere between 12-2pm. I showed the ladies the areas to clean once they arrived at 12:30pm and they got started right away. They brought all their equipment along with eco friendly products. It was raining out so I am a little uneasy that they didn't put on shoe covers but I did see them try to wipe off at the entryway rug. Overall I am satisfied but the cleaning was not as thorough as I'd hoped. The ladies split up to clean and it seems like the areas that one lady cleaned was more thorough than the other lady who worked on the kitchen and hallway bathroom. I'm impressed with how well they cleaned the stove, toaster, and microwave. They did a great job cleaning and dusting and the mopped floors look and feel much better! When they said they were done and that I should look around it didn't seem that the kitchen countertops were cleaned and one of the bathroom walls still has some dog hair and water spots, and these are both items specified as included in the cleaning brochure. The women were understanding and redid these areas when asked but I think there were many details that were missed. The stove hood was completely missed and although it looks like the fridge was wiped down there were some spots that were missed and I will need to rewipe the counters. Cabinet fronts were also on the list but still had grease on some areas. They finished around 2:30 so I think they were only allowed 2 hours at my house before moving on. The ladies worked hard and I'm happy to have saved some time to clean myself but it is a little frustrating that I'll still need to reclean these spots after the cleaners. read more

I really wanted to like Maid Bright. I also did not want to post this review as I believe in providing direct feedback. However despite my efforts to work with Maid Bright, I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I started using Maid Bright in August 2023. A gentleman visited my home to provide an estimate. I was impressed with the level of customer service as well as the ease with which one can schedule and cancel appointments, etc. We initially signed up for monthly cleans. After the first few cleanings (which I actually thought were great) things went downhill. After one cleaning, I arrived home to find my shower drain that worked that morning, so clogged that I had to hire an emergency plumber to rectify the situation. Maid Bright denied any wrong doing and I decided to give them another shot. The next time, the cleaning crew left bags of trash in my back yard. Frustrated, Maid Bright made it right and provided me with a credit to my account. At that point, I decided that they are likely only reliable if you are home to monitor their work. I changed my cleaning schedule so I was home for every clean. Admittedly, when the homeowner is present they are very thorough and did an excellent job. However, this last cleaning was my final straw. Maid Bright came to clean and I was called away from my home unexpectedly. After the cleaning, I discovered that they neglected to clean an entire room of my home. Maid Bright agreed to send the crew back to my home to clean the room. When they arrived, the crew did not bring cleaning supplies or a vacuum. They brought a cloth and ran it under water to "wipe down" the room. They put vacuum lines on the carpet with the rag, to make it look like they vacuumed, but did not actually vacuum. They also missed entire sections of the room, leaving it filled with dust. When I addressed this with the cleaner, she look embarrassed knowing that she did not actually complete the clean, despite telling me that she was going to re-clean the room. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable considering we paid for a deep clean of our entire home. After sharing this concern with Maid Bright on 9/18 they state that they had to speak with the crew to verify my story before providing me with a partial refund for my clean. I have not heard from Maid Bright. This is unacceptable and disappointing. for $200 + / clean, I expected much better customer service if not a better cleaning experience. I recommend finding a different company if you want reliable cleaners. Maid Bright is not worth the headache. read more
