I will say that one of the benefits to having my carpet done with them was the fact that my allergies were much much better after the cleaning. They do have MicroBan available (It's this chemical that absolutely kills anything and everything microbial) so for us allergy sufferers or even pet owners, they are awesome. They also got out some wicked stains that I thought were unremovable lol. Only con I would say is that the machinery they use for cleaning takes them awhile to setup and clean as opposed to the truck based machines.
