Use caution when hiring this team! We asked for a deep clean of our property because we had recently undergone many renovations and wanted to clean it up. We requested a deep clean in all of the main areas of the house, and although they did this, there were some problems. First, when we booked them, I was told they would arrive between 9:30 and 11 AM. At 10:08 AM, they had not shown, so I called to check and was told they would arrive between 1:30 and 3 PM, and they had called me to tell me this. Neither my wife nor I had any record of this call. I came to find out they had the wrong area code on our account, so they left this message on a random person's phone. It's an honest mistake since the area code is only one number different than the most common area code in this area, but this clerical error should have been raised when they got no response from calling us. Second, we told the office that we wanted the maids to use our vacuum because we didn't want them to risk bringing germs or other stuff from another house. When they arrived, the team lead handed me a letter from the office saying I had to sign it to release liability for the maid using our vacuum. No problem, I signed it. THEN THEY USED THEIR VACUUM ANYWAY! Not only was this pointless, but their vacuum stank SO BAD that I still smelled it for a few hours after they left. Third, I have always been against wearing shoes in the house, but I also understand that asking people, especially cleaning staff, to wear socks or go barefoot is an over-the-top request. However, the office confirmed that the maids were all sent with shoe covers and would wear them. I even keep some in the house for just this reason. However, when they arrived, they did not bring any shoe covers or take off their shoes. I speak moderate Spanish, so I mentioned the shoe covers or 'quitarse sus zapatos, por favor' ("take off your shoes, please" in Spanish), and they did not pay any attention to this request. So, they cleaned the house with their shoes on, tracking dirt from a dirty room to a room that had just been cleaned by one of the other team members. Fourth, I understand that my house is cluttered in areas because we have four kids and my mother-in-law living with us, but I don't feel like the team deep-cleaned. Yes, the areas they did clean were cleaner than before, but I would not call it a deep clean. We still found dust on various areas of the mouldings (a product of the renovations that the deep clean was supposed to help us with) and the tops of various other places that a deep clean would. There were still sections of the floor (mainly under the edges of counters and the like) that were only slightly cleaner than before. The office called to check on my service the day after, and I told them what happened. They were apologetic, advised that these things were not up to their code of conduct, and so on. They offered me a small discount on the service to make up for it, which I appreciated. Other than not following the directions, the maids were nice and friendly, and the house looked better than before they arrived. I would question what constitutes a "deep clean". read more

If I could go lower I would. We had them clean our house that we just bought and they forgot to clean the basement and there is dust all over the walls in the master bedroom. Won't ever use them again. read more

I've used the Mini Maids service for 5+ years. I have used others but never been as satisfied as I am with the mini maids team. While they are not always 100% (and who is)? they correct any situation immediately and with a friendly attitude. They are extremely dependable and very flexible on scheduling. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

A+ service! Always professional, always friendly. They offer basic cleaning, deep cleaning, etc., and always add the extra touches. I find fun things like my toilet paper wrapped in funny designs, or the Kleenex with nice designs, etc. I always feel comfortable having the girls come, whether I am home or at work. This past week, the girls really outdid themselves!! Joann, Jessica and Bobbi were the team that came this time. I have two BIG dogs, and I put them outside when I know the girls are coming, as I know they can get in the way and/or make the girls a bit nervous. Also, I was at work. It turned out that some storms moved in and started raining. One of my dogs is really afraid of thunder. I got a text saying the girls had brought the dogs in and put them in the garage for me!! I was so happy and grateful, that I almost cried. My dogs are my babies and it really meant so much to me that they were so kind!! I've used Team 2: Tatiana, Tonia & Shannon for awhile now. We've had cleaning maids in Vegas for years and now here in Kansas. I also used to work in the office of a cleaning service... These girls are the best team I've ever had! I wouldn't trade them for anything! I've been unable to clean because of Heath issues & now being a mom, low on time.. I have OCD when it comes to cleaning... So having to hire someone, it's taking a risk since I always think no one can do a better job than I. Although, I know with my girls, I don't have anything to worry about. They pick up everything to vacuum, dust/polish & mop. ...one thing that's very hard to find. They're the most thorough cleaners!
