awful. dishonest. I went in here to print ONE page of…read moremusic. there are 2 "self serve" printers/copiers in the store, but one was out of service... there was a line . i figured since the attendant wasn't busy, she would just print my one page. I've done it before and it's never been a problem. She was able to do it , but then she came back and said "that'll be $3.50" i said "for one page !?" Usually it costs me 30 cents or less... and before she did it for me, she gave me no disclaimer about an upcharge. i was totally baffled . I should have said "no thanks" and walked out , but i let her rob me . i asked why .. she said "There is a charge for anything we do behind the counter" ... hmmm . What is she doing ? Growing the tree? chopping it down. it's pressing one button. If i had known, i would have just WAITED or went to a different location. What a rip off . what a lie. I'll never patron this location again. I used to come in here often, but not after this incident.
