Outstanding service! I had a couple of packages to go out FedEx, they were all ready to go but I had my twins in the car. I was dreading having to get them out, juggle both of them along with the packages just to drop off a couple of boxes that would take me about 5 seconds. They did such a beautiful job on a print order of programs for an upcoming event. The programs were beautiful and they completed my order in plenty of time for the upcoming event . Who knew they could print the color on one side and black and white on the other and fold the programs for the final product? Avoid Windsor Mail n Copy I'd give it 1 star at best. I called before I went there and asked how to get a file printed. A female told me to get on the website and upload a PDF file for what I need. I did right from the website link. Then I left to go pick it up because I have a deadline to meet. When I arrived I walked in and walked up to the counter. The guy who spoke to me, the only person who spoke to me out of three employees in there, then went on to clean up the side counter and said nothing to anyone. Then after 30 seconds or so asked the girl at the register to find my file and print it. She could not find it. So he carried a heavy box back to the back and went to the back room. A few min later he and another guy came out and asked me how long ago I sent it, which was maybe 15 min. They didn't have much time to lose the file but they did lose it and were not too concerned about it. Businesses are closing not because of the economy. But because their service is VERY BAD. read more

I needed a simple photo enlargement and print on standard paper. Job would take two days unless I chose an up charge of $10. Received a email the next day asking what type paper I wanted the print on. Reiterated I wanted it on standard 20# printer paper. The next day the print was done, under the wrong name and on photo card stock (which I specifically explained would not work for what I needed). Poor listening skills and poor execution. read more

Phasing out the printer at home has created a need for printed material occasionally and Mail N Copy has been great to work with! Easily email print requests and wait for a quick turn around email or phone call. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly! read more

I love using this place over the UPS/FedEx stores as they do everything. The staff is helpful and quick. They really appreciate their regulars and try to show off local artists with the small wares sold in store. read more

I've had a very good experience with mailing over the holidays, printing gifts and banners for my business! They offer all types of printing such as calendars, magnets , posters and stationary. Much better than waiting in the line at the tiny local post office! read more

I called around prior to visiting this store, specifically asking for someone to witness me and my sons signatures. When I approched Payton at Mail n Copy I explained that I would need her to witness and sign that she witnessed our signatures, we showed her our drivers license as proof, signed the 2 forms, asked her to sign as a witness and make two copies of the forms. She witnessed our signatures, made two copies then refused to sign as a witness. Very, Very, Very poor customer service! Now we had to go home, complete and print new forms and went down the street to the UPS store to have our signatures witnessed and copies made. I will never go back to Mail n Copy as long as they continue to provide negative customer service. read more

I use Mail N Copy when I need to ship or send a fax. 1st class service! Also they are by far the most economical for faxing (50 cents per page less than UPS Store or Staples). read more
