I have been using this place for three years and have nothing but the best service from them. Always courteous and efficient.They take the time to explain the different shipping methods and costs. Sometimes it gets quite busy at lunch time and during the holiday season but there are lots of interesting little things for sale to browse, They also give points that can be used for discounts on future shipping. I can only assume that previous negative reviews reflect staff/management who are no longer there or a customer who - well? . I can only state that I have had nothing but the best from them.But it is a small and local business and I suppose that sometimes when it is busy some folks may not get the immediate attention that they are looking for. But this business is most certainly my "go-to". The staff - and other customers- are always helpful in giving tips and recommendations about other local businesses - "do you know a good seamstress" - stuff like that. Give them a try. read more

If you would like to meet "a Karen", one works there. Make sure to wear a mask even though it's not a requirement anymore. I am glad she let me leave my package on the table, and sent it when I left because you know I was very dangerous to people who actually wore mask. If you want aggravation, come here. I had them send two fairly large framed pictures along with a sweatshirt, from Boynton Beach to NYC. The pictures arrived with part of the frame separating from one of the pictures. Corner guards were not used, and should have been. However, I never got the sweatshirt. A lady named Susan, I think she is the owner, ignored my phone calls and email. So when I finally got in touch with her, I didn't even bring up the separating frame, because that could be fixed. But that sweatshirt had sentimental value to me. And it is now lost. Susan says she put it into the large box. My wife and I removed all packing contents, twice. It is certainly not there. And the box was sealed upon arrival. So unfortunately, its her word against mine. So if you want someone to ruin your day, use these folks. You would have thought a sorry or a little empathy. And rather than trying to figure out how to solve this, it was like dealing with a little kid who denies everything. So in the end, I, the customer, is the loser. I would like to say that I have NEVER had an issue using this Business Center. However that was before I had a claim for a damaged item that was packed and shipped by them. I was in on Monday 28th of Oct to mail a picture frame to my sister. I didn't want to take the chance to mess it up by packing it myself. It cost in excess of $30.00 (again thinking I made the best choice) to package the item. Unfortunately the picture frame was destroyed. I called on Thursday to inquire about what steps I needed to take to initiate the insurance claim. I left a message and received no call back on Friday. I called around 3:00pm and I spoke with one of the ladies that works there Maxine. She informed me that the owner Susan was out because she was moving. (Okay things come up I get that) I asked was anyone going to at least communicate with me that they received my message but the owner was out. No apparently the owner is the only person who takes care of ins claims and returns all calls. I asked what is my next step Thinking that Maxine would tell me to email pictures of the damage to Mailstopemail@gmail.com NOPE I was told only Susan can do anything for you and I have a customer in front of me that I stopped handling to answer the phone call back on Monday when the owner Susan was back. I was made to feel as though I no longer mattered because I was not giving them business this time but rather a claim. I explained to the owner that it is typically customary when you are out that YOUR employees at least know the process I could have emailed my photos and a brief synopsis of what happened but again I was hurried off the phone in a matter of fact way. Susan told me that she did not need a lecture from me and that no one can make me feel any type of way only I can make myself feel unimportant. IF anyone gets this far in my review at least know that if you have a claim they will treat you as though you no longer matter. It's a shame to take a loyal customer and make them feel as though you are a bother. read more

I brought a couple of Amazon prepaid return packages to ship back to Amazon. The lady taped them for me free of charge because I used thin tape which would definitely not hold up in the mail. I offered to pay for tape but she refused to take payment. She then scanned them and gave me and gave me a printout of the tracking numbers for each package. I was in and out in three minutes. Parking right in front of store in the lot. Will definitely return next time I need their services! Was pleasantly surprised by her courteous attitude. read more

Horrible - Worst Bait and Switch I have ever encountered in my 68 years on this planet. I provided the exact dimensions and weight over the phone and was quoted $98 give or take a little. I brought it to them and waited at least an hour while they bubble wrapped it and packed it into a huge box (way too big) and then filled with peanuts. They never said anything about cost until they were done and then demanded $243.00, stating they couldn't fit it into the box they originally quoted. You couldn't pay me to deal with them again - avoid them like the plague. I would give them no stars if I could. read more

I had to get fingerprinted/photographed for work, and when provided with a list of locations, Mail Stop was closest to me. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and they took me right away. The gentleman who assisted me, and the lady who was helping other customers, were both friendly and helpful. "Dishonest owner"... I had 250 business cards printed there a few months ago. I paid for an 80lb stock and she gave me garbage. The quality of the cards was very cheap. I went back today and I showed her the card and she said she didn't print the card. She told me that she does not used that stock of paper. I was shocked. I went to my car and got the box of card and she told me that was her box. She never owned up to it and she told me to come back tomorrow...Really. Also, I resent the email from her, letting me know the cards was ready. Her quality work was so bad that she disowned it. Next time I'll go with Vista Print. read more

Walked in, there was a line, while I was waiting I took a small flier that was at the counter, next to a basket of pens, to write the name and address of the consignee and was told I should not have done that, that I should have "like most people" asked for a piece of paper. I was a regular customer there. If you want to be treated like a customer, do not go there. If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor by you walking in and willing to give them money, then check them out. read more

Horrible person working here. Got there at 9:50. Sign on the door and web site all say 8:30am open. She points to a poorly written sign saying 10am when she finally opens the door. Then is absolutely rude as hell when "helping" people. Three people were waiting outside when she was opening. Didn't acknowledge us and just casually went about her business. Completely unprofessional and very rude. Will never be back to this place. I'll drive a few miles away for someone that appreciates service. I'm surprised UPS is affiliated with this store. They are friendly and courteous. They allow you to compare prices of several carriers, and they keep addresses in the computer so you don't have to remember previously-used addresses. Plus, it's a locally-owned business, not a big corporate store. read more
