There are too many kids, pets, and lawn items to easily incur risks. Customer SVC assistance is limited if not useless, as there is no prompt to leave complaints. The feedback prompt may or may not be an option depending on which Facility is called. Not all phone Agents are knowledgeable, not resourceful. The Drivers should pattern after UPS, Amazon, USPS, Door Dash, etc. by keeping their bulky vehicles with no rear views On the main Road. And walk or dolly their deliveries. As opposed to speeding on gravel while backing to gain traction. Also, what's with small, left behind Tash? Residents here are not your Maids. Tidy up your debris that fall/blow out of side vehicle doors! Have FedEx fund your eyewear, footwear, and avoid tied pantyhose headgear that don't distinguish uniforms but take away from professional appearance. Hopefully a Hub Manager takes time to read this and improves the safety shortfalls of the Delivery Teams.

I could tell that they damaged it by the box. One side was crushed. Someone opened it to check for damage and taped it back up.
