His phone message said to text him a photo of what needs to be removed, with the address, and I did. SEVEN MINUTES LATER on a Sunday night, I got a text back about his availability! INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..! The other Frank was on time for our given appointment window, very thorough, took pictures and reassured us that again, this was no problem at all and they have seen worse. He told me we'd receive an estimate by email later today, and it was in my inbox within an hour of leaving our appointment. The estimate was very fair and we were relieved that this was a service we could afford. We asked if they had availability this week and they were able to accommodate our request for a day we were able to come back into the area since we aren't local. The night before the clean out Frank called me to confirm and they were on time the morning of the clean out as well. Their communication was top notch through the entire process. We let the team know that the only thing we wanted them to save for us was coins if they found them. They called us about halfway through the job so they could give us a box they found. The honesty was truly appreciated as we never would have know if they didn't call. Our kids have a coin collection so they were beyond excited to sort the coins the team found.
